Worst car buying experience of my life Purchased a Ford Explorer from the Anderson location within 48 Hours of having it the power steering went out in it. I took it to Tipton Ford to have it assessed $1,800 to have it fixed Oak motors contacted me said that they would fix it. Gave them four opportunities to get it right. Finally swapped out the vehicle with a GMC Acadia signed the contract and left. 2 Days Later they told me that there was something wrong with the contract that I needed to come back and sign another one. What was wrong with the contract is they did not want to apply the money that I paid into the Explorer. I asked them to practice good business and do right by the contract that they had supplied and apply the money that I had already played to the new vehicle they declined me they then offered me and absurdly written release. Still have copies of all contracts and thinking about making them go to arbitration just for wasting my time and refusing to give me back my money.

Deserves 0 star Deserves 0 star. Car was never inspected. Car has nothing but problems between hundreds of dollars on new tires and the check engine light being on and it needs an entire catalytic converter assembly. The check engine light and tires should have been replaced at 0 cost. Over another 1000 in work. The so called mechanics there can't even change oil without stripping the plug completely out. Also refusing to let me see the so called inspection report they lied on this place should be shut down all you sell are lemons piece of crap vehicles. Wouldn't recommend this joke of a place to anyone. Haven't even had it 3 months and it's gonna break down at any time. Thanks for ripping me off and putting me in an unsafe vehicle for my kids. Don't know how any of you sleep at night ripping people off this bad.
