Quality and good price I ordered an aluminum retractable cover for my 2024 Toyota Tundra. It arrived on time, but it came with a broken part, however I installed it following the instructions, it was very simple and fast. I then wrote to them about the broken part and Adam diligently sent a new part and I was able to exchange it with ease. I feel happy and satisfied with the purchase, the quality of the product and the consumer service.

No communication notifying me of issues. Wow what can I say. I bought a tonneau cover for my 22 Ford Maverick company car. I actually went against everybody's recommendations and went with truck2go. The website says usually ships in two to three days in stock. The next day I got a shipping number (tracking) but then nothing happened. I waited several days made a couple of phone calls and still no information at all. I then sent an email and I got a response that says we're sorry your item is on backorder and we will ship it next week. At this point we will be going on two weeks since I purchased my item with no information or emails from the company. I am completely dissatisfied but of course they can send me a coupon after for $75 off my next order if I order within a couple of days, how ironic. Two other divisions purchased for tonneau covers from another reseller and receive them within 3 days and they are in business with their truck on the road. Due to this lack of communication and my bad decision and purchasing from truck to go our company car sits unable to be put into the field while waiting for any information from truck2go. I guess I will wait to see when I receive my tonneau cover and readjust my review if necessary.

I'm an average Joe, just looking for a tonneau cover for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. It's hard to explain how satisfied I am. Dollar-for-dollar, I think Truck2go is the best. The quality is great, the retractable cover is what I wanted over the flip (that's preference). But it looks great. The clamps used to secure the tonneau cover is made of really strong steel, even down to the bolts and nuts. I'm happy with my purchase and surprised they don't get as much recognition as the more popular brands. But I'm happy, Customer service is helpful. During install, I made a mistake, had the washers up side-down and overtightened the screws on the cover. It ended up flattening the washer to the point of no return... I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new pack. It's really the little things that make a company. I appreciate that kind of service. Design is flawed and instructions a terrible. The instructions are terrible and the QR code link to an installation video only shows step 1 and I could not find any videos for the remaining steps. With some minor design changes the cover should seal okay but without modifications it leaves a 3/8” gap at the tailgate. Also the roll cover does not center between the side rails. It either sets a little to the left or a little to the right.
