No communication notifying me of issues. Wow what can I say. I bought a tonneau cover for my 22 Ford Maverick company car. I actually went against everybody's recommendations and went with truck2go. The website says usually ships in two to three days in stock. The next day I got a shipping number (tracking) but then nothing happened. I waited several days made a couple of phone calls and still no information at all. I then sent an email and I got a response that says we're sorry your item is on backorder and we will ship it next week. At this point we will be going on two weeks since I purchased my item with no information or emails from the company. I am completely dissatisfied but of course they can send me a coupon after for $75 off my next order if I order within a couple of days, how ironic. Two other divisions purchased for tonneau covers from another reseller and receive them within 3 days and they are in business with their truck on the road. Due to this lack of communication and my bad decision and purchasing from truck to go our company car sits unable to be put into the field while waiting for any information from truck2go. I guess I will wait to see when I receive my tonneau cover and readjust my review if necessary.

Fast shipping and the product works… Fast shipping and the product works great. Cost a lot less than another brand name with no issues so far. Would definitely recommend you getting their products.

I'm an average Joe, just looking for a tonneau cover for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. It's hard to explain how satisfied I am. Dollar-for-dollar, I think Truck2go is the best. The quality is great, the retractable cover is what I wanted over the flip (that's preference). But it looks great. The clamps used to secure the tonneau cover is made of really strong steel, even down to the bolts and nuts. I'm happy with my purchase and surprised they don't get as much recognition as the more popular brands. But I'm happy, Customer service is helpful. During install, I made a mistake, had the washers up side-down and overtightened the screws on the cover. It ended up flattening the washer to the point of no return... I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new pack. It's really the little things that make a company. I appreciate that kind of service. AUTO RETRACT BED COVER put auto retractable cover on a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 instruction are pretty sketchy and i'm pretty good with mechanical/electrical assembly !!! front gasketing and rubber flap on the main box itself was very unclear as to what to do with it! page telling you to put on end caps was 4 pages back in the instructions! should have been 1st !!! after that delay things went pretty smooth. still don't understand the expensive extruded measuring bar !!! LOL !!! has double sided tape and plastic end caps on it, just to use once and throw away !!! seems to be water resistant, although i have the optional Chevy tailgate and there is no way to seal the cracks. other than these things,it looks good and functions as specified.

Real World Review 1. The packaging was some of the best i have seen hands down. A+ 2. The shipping was done in a timely fashion after I made the purchase. A+ 3. I ordered the pro tonneau for 2023 ram 1500. The left/driver side rectangular bar that sits flush on the bed that holds the cover in place by the cab was bent pretty bad. The box didn't have any exterior damage at all. I was able to fix it by bending it back in place with a big adjustable wrench. B+ 4. I did the install myself, I suggest watching the video and using the instructions book. It's straightforward but using both of them together really helps with clarity and understanding the install. B+ 5. Over all my experience was good and I definitely would recommend and purchase from them again. A+
