About truck2go.co

Truck2go is a leading truck rack, and truck tonneau covers manufacturers and distributors for pickup trucks. Many local dealerships in Los Angeles trust that Truck2go's aluminum hard tonneau covers have protected many off-road hobbyists and contractors' belongings from being stolen and water damaged. Not only is our price reasonable, it is also flexible with an installment plan with shoppay

No communication notifying me of issues. Wow what can I say. I bought a tonneau cover for my 22 Ford Maverick company car. I actually went against everybody's recommendations and went with truck2go. The website says usually ships in two to three days in stock. The next day I got a shipping number (tracking) but then nothing happened. I waited several days made a couple of phone calls and still no information at all. I then sent an email and I got a response that says we're sorry your item is on backorder and we will ship it next week. At this point we will be going on two weeks since I purchased my item with no information or emails from the company. I am completely dissatisfied but of course they can send me a coupon after for $75 off my next order if I order within a couple of days, how ironic. Two other divisions purchased for tonneau covers from another reseller and receive them within 3 days and they are in business with their truck on the road. Due to this lack of communication and my bad decision and purchasing from truck to go our company car sits unable to be put into the field while waiting for any information from truck2go. I guess I will wait to see when I receive my tonneau cover and readjust my review if necessary.

The worst possible customer service… The worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order on May 23 for a rack and retractable cover for my Ford Superduty. Come June 6th there is still no shipping information, so I email them for status and get a reply that they will “get back with me shortly,” then nothing. I then try to call, chat, and email and get no replies at all. It is now June 9 and there are now three shipments listed with one label created, but nothing picked up by UPS, and two shipments with no estimated delivery dates. I certainly don’t want partial shipments which can’t be installed until they decide to send the remaining parts later, possibly much later. I am cancelling my order and disputing this purchase through my credit card. Be warned, you will never hear back from them by any of their phone, email, or chat venues. And that’s just for order status; imagine if there was a problem. Irony is that maybe they will respond to this to appear approachable—don’t be fooled!

Bought a retractable cover for a 2020… Bought a retractable cover for a 2020 Ford Ranger. Installation was nothing too difficult if you’re mechanically inclined, and the looks and security of the cover are both great, BUT there are a few cons. I knew the container for the cover was gonna take up about 10-12 inches of storage, but the cover itself doesn’t close all the way into the container. It takes up about another 8 inches for a total of 19 inches! Leaving about only 3.5 feet of storage for bulky items in a 5 foot box. The other con was that the cap bolts that go through the clamps that hold the cover to the bed are too short by about an inch on both sides. I had to buy longer bolts from amazon. If you’re constantly putting bulky items in your truck, I wouldn’t recommend this cover, but if you just want security for your tools, camping gear or sports gear, than I highly recommend this cover for you.

Found Truck2Go after a failed attempt… Found Truck2Go after a failed attempt with a Tri-fold Tonneau which actually rusted from the inside out. I purchased the Pro version and I am not regretting anything. The installation could have been made easier with better instructions as many others have mentioned. So far everything has been dry and the top rolls nicely. I would highly recommend.
