GBService has declined over the years Service has declined over the years, but the prices have gone up. I use this company every year for the last three years to transport friends/colleagues to a holiday dinner. First year, van had no heat. Second year was great. This year was a disaster. The driver couldn't see well. The built-in GPS was not working properly and I had to use my phone GPS to guide driver to the destination. I couldn't spent time with friends talking, as I was stressed out with the navigation and making sure the driver heard me (he couldn't hear very well). Return trip was great. But the prices aren't explained clearly and there's an additional charge on my card that I am waiting to get clarification on. It's a hit or miss with this company.

GBI really like the driver update text… I really like the driver update text messages. It keeps the frustration away. Being on time for early morning pickup was appreciative. I am sold. 😊

GBTop service and easy to deal with Dealing with empire limos was so easy, their communication was great, easy to deal with and very affordable. Customer service was top notch couldn't thank Jennifer from empire limos enough. The driver on the day arrived on time which proves that their punctuality was on point, he also was very patient waiting for the bride, pick up time was also on point and was patient waiting for us to leave. The car was spotless, decorated as explained, well-mannered and a top gent. Will definitely recommend to anyone else.
