Customer service was top notch couldn't thank Jennifer from empire limos enough. The driver on the day arrived on time which proves that their punctuality was on point, he also was very patient waiting for the bride, pick up time was also on point and was patient waiting for us to leave. The car was spotless, decorated as explained, well-mannered and a top gent. Will definitely recommend to anyone else.

They botched my brothers funeral We hired this service for my 28 year old brother’s funeral. They were to pick us up at 8:30am and we had a few destinations. At 8:35am I called asking for a status update and was told I would be called right back. 10 minutes later I decide to call back and was told the driver is stuck in traffic. I told the dispatcher that we are already late to the funeral and to have the limo meet us at church to continue our trip from there. The limo never showed up even at the church to continue our trip. They completely botched my brothers funeral. When I called to ask for a refund it was admitted to me the driver was not in traffic he had overslept. Horrible customer service. If I had not called I would still be waiting for the limo. On top of it they lied the whole way through.
