DEvery bad Driver had almost one hour delay, did not even appologized. Driver was rude and unfriendly. The company is difficult to reach by phone in case of problems (had to call 10 times to get someone on the line and check where the driver was). I am a frequent traveller and that was the worst service ever!!

GBNot impressed I booked the limo for my 21st birthday and was disappointed with my driver. He was impatient and seemed to be annoyed with us. We were told we would have champagne in the car but that was not true and the "top shelf" vodka was anything but top shelf. Very disappointing.

GBExcellent service We would definitely recommend NY City Limo to anyone that is going to New York. Friendly drivers, comfortable cars. It was definitely much better than getting a taxi. We will definitely use this service next time we go back to New York

GBI had uforgetable time with this limo company It's really hard to find a limo company like this or even close to this company owner Archi is a great person that worked with me and made me very happy on my birthday upgrading me to a stretch limo for free from an SUV, Thanks NY City Limo and Archi.

GBNovember Birthday Celebration Other than not receiving a phone call upon my limo's arrival I have no complaints. The driver was excellent and very attentive and just generally pleasant. The financial transaction was smooth as well. I have used many different limo services and this one ranks right up there with the best and is competitively priced.
