GBAppears to no longer be in business as of Feb-Mar 2024 I would say this company seems to have gone out of business, but still presents as an active e-retail website. I don’t know if they’re still shipping new product, but anyone considering ordering on their website should reconsider. I had a repair issue covered by warranty for a scooter purchased in December. I spoke with someone who sent me the proper forms and shipping instructions. I shipped the scooter to them as instructed and received email confirmation that they received the scooter for repair on 1/26/2024. I have heard nothing since. I have sent dozens of message/contact request forms. I have dialed their phone number (the only one available that I can find anywhere online) hundreds of times over 6 weeks, and each time encounter a busy signal. Their website continues to update with seasonal specials. This means either those running the company have disappeared as other evidence suggests and these are prescheduled site updates (in which case, new purchases would be unlikely to be fulfilled), or they’ve been intentionally scamming people in the past several months. Either scenario is a losing one for the unsuspecting consumer. I have never experienced anything like this. I’ve never even heard of anything like this, from a seemingly established company/manufacturer (as evidenced by its multi-generation products) with pretty decent reviews. Ever. I’ve since turned it over to my credit card company for dispute. Hoping a party with a voice louder than mine can correct the issue and perhaps blow the lid off whatever it is Swagtron is doing here.

GBGreat product scooter Great product scooter, swag 8. This is second purchase for my 13 year old daughter after purchased last year for my 9 year old son. Reasonable price and great customer service last year after I asked for grip correction on refurbish scooter. Company shipped correct one at no charge. This year I bought new because daughter wanted blue color but refurbish has had no problems.

GBWhat a Scam! My son saved his money for months to purchase a hoverboard. When we received it, it ran for about five minutes before it broke - we did nothing to it. I have tried to contact Swagtron multiple times to discuss a return of the item or repair. They have not responded to a single email. Never answer the phone. I have filled out the required forms online for a return. and NOTHING. They have not tried to reach out in any way. This is a total scam and now my poor son, who saved for months, is out $350!

SWAGTRON, IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVERY HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH; WISHED I NEVER BOUGHT ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS PERIOD!!!!! YOU'D BE BETTER OFF BUY ELECTRIC AT A STORE, EBAY, OF FACEBOOK MARKET!!!!!

GBNon existent customer service Non existent customer service. I purchased and item through Amazon (not through them but it was their product) and I reached out 7 times to ask a few simple questions. I always got an automated email that said I’d hear back in 48-72 hours but I never did and now I’m past my return window. They shouldn’t even advertise to contact them because you can’t!
