They lie, cheat, hagel and steal, DO NOT TRUST these people! Was trying to sell my 2022 kia forte gt, did the virtual inspection and the guy said it came back in great condition! Then 2 days later in the finishing process they tell me the person who did my inspection/appraisal was wrong, and got a 2nd appraisal from someone else who tried to say it had a MAJOR 9 to 10in scratch on the drivers side passenger door wich is not true just a little dirt splatter, because of this I would be docked $1,200 dollars on the deal for a scratch that was not even their. Would not let me redo the inspection. So I said I'll go thru carfax instead yall high af and can't even see straight.

Driveway is fantastic! My Driveway experience had it’s challenges (from the website freezing mid-application to the dealership forgetting to put my temporary tag in my car for delivery) but the amazing customer service team overcame them all quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Driveway and will use them anytime I need a car.
