Scooter arrived bright and early & on… Scooter arrived bright and early & on time. My wife has already clocked up just over 100km & she absolutely loves it. People stop and look and ask questions when ever she's out & about. The build quality appears to be very good & power delivery is smooth and quickly gets up to full speed. great quality bike Although, Ken has had some issues with delay due to supply chain (seems to be common at the moment for a raft of industries), he contacted me to offer up an alternative solution, which worked for both of us. I had problems with the stand. It collapsed, bad design. I got it welded OK. I had problems with the stand. It collapsed. I got it welded OK. There are questions about legality of E-Rider on the road which is worrying. Extra info. Assembled OK, Rides lovely although a bit fierce at start up. Ideal for my step daughter and her 5 year old son because she has not got a driving licence. Takes him everywhere locally. One regret- the pedal and the foot rest clash It is a pity that the foot rest is not away from the pedal. One other thought for a future design change, add a small compartment underneath for a GPS TRACKER with maybe a USB charge point - but conspicuous. Saves me having to continually fiddle around to get at it for charging etc.

I have owned my e15 for approx two and… I have owned my e15 for approx two and a half years and have enjoyed it since day one. The speed produced by effortless pedalling is exhilerating and the machine copes with a range of surfaces though it is primarily a bike for the tarmac! It also deals well with hills and there are some awesome ones on the edge of exmoor where i live. But the bike remains undefeated. Its also a safe well balanced ride. I took advantage of ERiders lease deal which i havent found available anywhere else. Ive needed a couple of spare parts, nothing major but ken and the team have been very helpful in that regard. I would recommend the product and the company.
