BUYER BEWARE Item did not arrive. This was for a bike that cost £1795. Very poor communication and customer service. Never returned a phone call and only replied to 1 email with a very vague answer blaming the courier. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. BUYER BEWARE.

There are questions about legality of E-Rider on the road which is worrying. Extra info. Assembled OK, Rides lovely although a bit fierce at start up. Ideal for my step daughter and her 5 year old son because she has not got a driving licence. Takes him everywhere locally. One regret- the pedal and the foot rest clash It is a pity that the foot rest is not away from the pedal. One other thought for a future design change, add a small compartment underneath for a GPS TRACKER with maybe a USB charge point - but conspicuous. Saves me having to continually fiddle around to get at it for charging etc.

Incredible Service I live in Ireland and tried buying one of their e-bikes, but due to various tax reasons and shipping problems, we couldn't make that happen. Company still had plenty of time for me and I ended up buying one of their models second-hand, which they gave me advice on how to patch up despite me technically not having paid them at all. I'll be buying parts and they're still in touch. Thanks especially to Ken and Tim!

Dishonest Ebayers Proper thieves.. Takes money without caring.. Product is not what they say... .wrong product , threatened with legal action because they did not deliver $250 of product I payed for. Very excited to be taking them to the legal courts of Australia...still wIting for the legal teams response of course..very dodgy tradrmets # never buy from them.. Will see Your business in court. SO MANY $$$$ for emotional abuse and false allegations...get your legal team to look Tmat that...lol I AM COMMING....REFUND ME
