GBBike was delivered fairly fast…..but ! Bike was delivered fairly fast…..but ! No instructions how to undo seat, where to find charger or wing mirrors, bolts missing and loose on the panels, right brake cluster loose, and rear mud guard all bent up. Ordered what looks like a rear plate stating the bike is legal etc but when it arrived i after another phone call wish i saved £15.00 as its about 5” square bit of trafalyt/plastic Last of all we sent several e mails to Ken asking him to clarify the law/s mainly the twist and go laws but he gave up replying in the end and did not seem that bothered not really what you would expect in after sales but thankfully we have trust pilot to help filter out the un helpful don't care company’s next time Tim Ken listen respond and act ……

GBGreat bikes, website has good info The site has loads of information about the bikes, and the purchase experience was pretty easy and straightforward. The bike (Model 30 Roma) is really good and no problems with it at all. If I would make one suggestion, it's to make it much clearer on the website, that the bike needs registered with the DVLA when you get it, this isn't done for you and can take up to 6 weeks to be done, although mine only took 2.5 weeks. It was disappointing that the bike arrived and I couldn't ride it straight away ( I suppose you could if you had private land, but I don't)

GBGreat bike, excellent service Great bike, Model 30 Roma. Nippy and stylish. Very well built with quality components. ERider customer service and attention is excellent. Imogen and Ken are very helpful and respond very quickly to queries. I opted to lease the scooter where it becomes mine after 2 years. Very simple no faff application process. Overall delighted with both the bike and the company.

GBAfter 18 months....owner of a Roma 30 … I write this as an owner of a Roma 30 bought 18 months ago. The bike and the tech are great.... I love it. However, customer service which others have commented on is largely accurate. I had an issue with my charger and an incorrect one sent. The emails from a certain individual are disrespectful borderline rude and obnoxious. I'm a fan of Erider and their products, I promote them to many as my bike gets a fair amount of attention. I'm sure Ken has worked very hard to build this firm. But 1-2 need training in customer services.
