good firm to deal with. good firm to deal with. restricted to using the bike (e rider 15) due to lock down. have done 53K to date. (bike is nippy on acceleration) most was 30k journey with lights on , inc 2 over rail bridge's, battery level still showed one mark. seat is comfy , good leg/feet room, good underseat storage and top box takes motorcycle helmet . biggest gripe is handlebar bolt tricky to get in on assembly - best remove fairing.

Great bike, excellent service Great bike, Model 30 Roma. Nippy and stylish. Very well built with quality components. ERider customer service and attention is excellent. Imogen and Ken are very helpful and respond very quickly to queries. I opted to lease the scooter where it becomes mine after 2 years. Very simple no faff application process. Overall delighted with both the bike and the company.

No instructions how to undo seat, where to find charger or wing mirrors, bolts missing and loose on the panels, right brake cluster loose, and rear mud guard all bent up. Ordered what looks like a rear plate stating the bike is legal etc but when it arrived i after another phone call wish i saved £15.00 as its about 5” square bit of trafalyt/plastic Last of all we sent several e mails to Ken asking him to clarify the law/s mainly the twist and go laws but he gave up replying in the end and did not seem that bothered not really what you would expect in after sales but thankfully we have trust pilot to help filter out the un helpful don't care company’s next time Tim Ken listen respond and act ……

There are questions about legality of E-Rider on the road which is worrying. Extra info. Assembled OK, Rides lovely although a bit fierce at start up. Ideal for my step daughter and her 5 year old son because she has not got a driving licence. Takes him everywhere locally. One regret- the pedal and the foot rest clash It is a pity that the foot rest is not away from the pedal. One other thought for a future design change, add a small compartment underneath for a GPS TRACKER with maybe a USB charge point - but conspicuous. Saves me having to continually fiddle around to get at it for charging etc.

Li-Ion Battery Excellent service as usual. I have had an E-Rider 30 for over 3 years. The original SLA batteries came to the end of their life. I ordered and received a replacement Li-Ion battery (60v) and with minimal effort was able to adapt the bike. Works a treat. Thanks Ken for the cautionary email re conversion, but the battery compartment will take the new battery and only needed minor tweak to ensure held securely.
