GBadvertised parts they did not have in … advertised parts they did not have in stock, allowed me to add to card, complete purchase, and 4 days later received email they were out of stock. HUGE waste of time... Iif you cant maintain an inventory system and have it tied to your website in real time get out of online sales business.......

GBBetter luck next time. To your credit, you put yourself out there with this survey regardless of the consumer's experience. I wanted a Fuel Pressure Relief Valve - one week it was listed in your data base, the next week it was gone. Via email, the eventual response was, "sorry, not sure what happened to it." Such as it is . . . at least the company responded electronically. By phone = not so much.

GBVery satisfied I started by going to the dealer and found the park was $125 dollars more. I can say it is a benefit purchasing through Dave's Discount Auto Parts. I was worried that I may get the wrong part, but it was correct. It came on time and now my car is up and running again. The only issue I had was the fact I called them to verify before ordering the part and no one answered, but other than that everything is grand! I am very satisfied and happy :)

GBhonestly honestly, here is what I did...ignored the call first for availability and ordered an obsolete part. Next Day Dave's refunded the amount and explained they could not obtain the part. Fair enough. Should probably pull the item from the parts sheet.

GBSolved a two year old problem. I had purchased two sets of fuel injectors from ebay vendors. The first were visably knockoffs, although they worked fairly well until one failed. The second were accurate fakes that didn't work very well at all. I finally got real GM branded parts from Dave's at a reasonable price. All is well.
