GBPoor customer service system I returned a part completely unopened from the original packaging and have not received my refund yet. UPS says it was delivered to them two weeks ago. They are impossible to contact. I have called a dozen times and have only spoken to an actual person once. The phone number is nowhere you would expect it to be on the website. They're good if you know exactly what part you need but good luck getting a hold of anybody to talk to about anything.

GBEcstacy then Agony I found the website for Dave's Discount Auto Parts to be easily navigated and user friendly . I was ecstatic to find the very hard to locate part for my son's 1988 Ciera. The transaction processed seamlessly....we were thrilled to know he would be able to fix and use his beloved car. Imagine our disappointment when we received an email the following day stating the part was discontinued and not available. I wish that prior to the "checkout" process it would have indicated the part was not available...dashed hopes stink!

GBWhole experience needs improvement Searching for a discontinued part and found it listed at Dave's as available so ordered them and waited. 4 days later I get an acknowledgement that they're "discontinued" - really? Bottom line is they sound like a broker who really don't own any parts, just a "pass through". They utilize databases from other vendors and need to do a better job to improve accuracy. Also navigated website and found it difficult to find things. Had to put in vehicle info several times over and still found it hard to find what I need. Catalog indexing was a little odd, categories make no sense. Bottom line is they need to improve the whole package in order to compete with the others out there who've already figured it out. Cool name and decent image but needs more than that to deliver.

GBadvertised parts they did not have in … advertised parts they did not have in stock, allowed me to add to card, complete purchase, and 4 days later received email they were out of stock. HUGE waste of time... Iif you cant maintain an inventory system and have it tied to your website in real time get out of online sales business.......

GBSolved a two year old problem. I had purchased two sets of fuel injectors from ebay vendors. The first were visably knockoffs, although they worked fairly well until one failed. The second were accurate fakes that didn't work very well at all. I finally got real GM branded parts from Dave's at a reasonable price. All is well.
