GBOrdered a Roof rack for my 2023 Tesla… Ordered a Roof rack for my 2023 Tesla Model Y long range and it doesn’t fit correctly plus the finish on this product is very poor. I didn’t want to completely go cheap and order the $140 one on Amazon or pay $500 for the Tesla one. So I thought this was a good middle ground at $300 plus the reviews on the tesary.com site for this product were really good. Here’s what I think: 1. this rack I received is the same cheap $140 amazon rack that they resell for $300 2. The reviews on their site are either fake or they don’t list the bad reviews because it’s on their site not a 3rd party like Google or Yelp I’ve reached out to them and they don’t respond to emails. I’ve talk to someone on messages but they keep spinning me in a circle. ALSO there default response to bad reviews on this site is “we don’t have record of your purchase” so here my order is TESERY27731EN so it’s a real order.
