USThis company is horrible This company is horrible. The product I ordered said that it would fit my 2024 Model 3, but it didn't. Also, the part was cheaply made and deformed. They lack customer service and integrity, and I'm fighting with them to get my full refund.

AUPoor quality knockoffs shipped direct from China without customer support One start is one too much. I bought a Bluetooth remote and display for Model 3. The products came in shipped direct from China, either without user manual and / or installation instructions or with manuals in Chinese only. The wiring looms were wrong and the products were incompatible. The quality was generally very poor and it amounts to cheap knockoffs.

HUVery low quality products Very low quality products, absolutely not recommended! I'm sure I won't not use these accessories in my car, they look and feel like cheap chinese garbage. Spare your time and money. Update: A few weeks after my review, the tesery customer service have read my review here, and they sent me an e-mail; I was asked to modifiy my review to positive, make a screenshot of it, send them, and they will refund as a compensation. Write a positive feedback for money... I think no more detailed description is needed here.

USProduct was mailed to me from existing… Product was mailed to me from existing customer and wasn’t new upon receipt. Tried returning and they wouldn’t provide shipping label but rather wanted me to ship to yet another customer overseas. Didn’t get my return money. DO NOT USE this company
