Great Parts Vendor We have been working with this company since 04/2013 and we have had nothing but success. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient and always seem happy to receive our call. As one of the largest independent Med/Heavy duty truck repair shops in S Florida, we must have a Vendor that covers ours and our customers needs. Heavy Duty Kits does just that.

Everything was OK until... Ordering went ok, then for unrelated reasons we had to cancel our order almost immediately (<24 hours). The charge on our card had already gone through, so a refund was necessary. They claimed to have done the refund right away. It has been 4 weeks now and no refund ever hit the card. Their "proof" that the refund has been done is a screenshot (easily faked) or an email (easily edited). Sayonara to 500 bucks. Never again.

Order Not Fulfilled; Bad Customer Service I placed my order, waited a week, and then called because I never received my shipping confirmation. Turns out the order was never fulfilled. When I called I felt like I got a lot of attitude and excuses. Then they said they could most likely get the order fulfilled on a Monday which was about 2 weeks after I placed the original order, which after shipping is about 3 weeks after the original order. I just ended up cancelling it.

AWESOME In the industry since 1983 and have dealt with suppliers all over the country and can honestly say HD Kits has been the best supplier I have ever encountered. Due to superior customer service and in all my years dealing with Jose and HD Kits they have never not been able to supply what was requested. That is a rarity in this industry
