Parts Manufacturer is falsely advertised They advertised the parts were FP Diesel, which is a line of parts by Federal Mogul. I did not see where they openly state we reserve the right to substitute parts of other manufacturers. I received parts in boxes by Maxi Force which don’t even have where the parts are made. Could be inferior parts. Their price is higher than other “discount” heavy duty diesel part manufacturers. Very unhappy with this company. Major aftermarket suppliers often address deficiencies in some of the OEM lines. I cannot be assured this is the case with parts that don’t even show where they are made. Be aware of what you are buying and do not trust their advertising.

Calling in for parts & getting shafted by hdkits If ypu call don't bout a part & they tell you it's in stock don't take there word on it if you need the part/ parts soon. Happened to me called in they told me the part was in stock. I ordered it, been waiting 2 weeks called to check back in on my order where bouts my order is. They told me it's on back order & they don't have them in stock & havent had them in stock for awhile. Put me in a really bad spot since my truck has been down for 3 weeks. No truck running, No money coming in!

I truly appreciate Heavy duty approach… I truly appreciate Heavy duty approach in my support as a client. A simple online chat with Jose Paret from day one to date has been of great help in sourcing Detroit engine parts. The level of support n follow up is excellent, I truly appreciate you work Jose, keep up on the good work you are doing. Regards

A class act of a business This is what you expect from such a stellar company.....excellent prices, knowledgeable staff and great products. I have used them on various occasions and have no reservations in recommending them to my customers all around the world. There is no sale that is too big or too small that they do not dedicate their 100% attention to. Always looking forward to the next order as it is such a pleasure doing business with them.
