She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

It pays to shop around. If one regularly drives New Mexico roads, you will likely need to replace your windshield as I did. I received a $500+ quote from Safelite. UGH! Shopping around I found Auto Glass Now on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. I filled out the online form and the next day received a quote of $165 to replace my Ford Escape windshield. Great savings even after the round trip from Santa Fe. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was immediately given a friendly welcome. Completed the paperwork and 80 minutes later the replacement was done. Good place, good staff. Will use again if necessary.
