GBI filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

GBAuto glass is great!!!!!! Auto glass is great. Much cheaper the safelite. Service is excellent. I went to the Belmont location in Chicago. Keep up the good. I’ll definitely my recommendation for anyone who needs repairs of of windows on their car or truck. Ron Haynes

GBHad a claim for a w/s with my insurance… Had a claim for a w/s with my insurance company. Took it there and thought it had to be replaced. They repaired instead with no money out of pocket. They're awesome!

GBHad my car Skoda fabia mk2 drivers… Had my car Skoda fabia mk2 drivers window smashed but only had third party insurance. Rang auto glass for quote. £570! The car wasn't worth much more. Found window online for £30, fitted myself with no prior experience in under an hour. Profiteering company that preys on vunerable customers. Avoid!
