Rock chipped my windshield! :( While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me. When I called the Carrollton location on Josey Ln, they told me they opened at 8:00 Monday morning and I could just walk in without an appointment. I arrived before 8:00, but they were open and welcomed me in. My car was immediately taken back and the work was completed within 20 minutes. You can't tell I ever had a chip (star) in my windshield! Very friendly service and expert repairs along with quick service made my day! I highly recommend that you use AutoGlassNow! for any windshield repairs or replacement needs you may have.

The windshield replacement process… The windshield replacement process started out great. Phone calls were made and returned were polite and professional. There were promises made to deliver exceptional service with the windshield install for a luxury german made vehicle and using original equipment made parts. A senior tech was assigned, but install was rushed unnecessarily and the result was disappointing. (Hindsight) I should have elected to pay more and have the Bmw dealership do the install and/or go with a different installer svc. that fully warrants the work done. But, I plan to follow-up with Auto Glass Now and get better solutions than what have been already presented. So far, it has been a lack of accountability from the installer and with the company. The issues should have been acknowledged and/or addressed by now considering that the install took place 2/16/24. But, I am going to be diligent and patient with the process. I believe in being reasonable and fair with these types of transactions. (+/- $1k investment) I look forward to updating this review if, matters are resolved.

The prices cannot be beat Celandrea was an absolute doll,very professional, kind, courteous and very helpful!! My new windshield turned out great qnd it took them less than an hour. Total crooks avoid and go local I have just had my daughter on the phone in floods of tears having been charged £900 to replace passenger side glass on a car worth less than the repair. She has a baby and cant afford this so she is now on a payment plan with Auto Glass which with take her over a year to repay. Absolute crooks they must have known that Admiral would not cover this but did the work and billed her over 3 times what a local company quoted.

I would definitely use Auto Glass Now again! I looked up local glass repair shops when my windshield was cracked. Once insurance gave the go ahead Auto Glass Now in Springfield, MO was extremely prompt. We scheduled for a mobile repair and they came to my work place and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I would definitely use their services again!
