Rock chipped my windshield! :( While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me. When I called the Carrollton location on Josey Ln, they told me they opened at 8:00 Monday morning and I could just walk in without an appointment. I arrived before 8:00, but they were open and welcomed me in. My car was immediately taken back and the work was completed within 20 minutes. You can't tell I ever had a chip (star) in my windshield! Scam The only way for them to get better is to change the whole system, Management down to secretaries and To honor the warranty that they promise when you purchase it .. I had a horrible experience and it's still ongoing 550 dollars down the drain because they sold me a defective glass and installed it improperly but they won't admit that only tell me that it's not covered from breakage .Shattered and breakage is not the same thing. Lies after they get your money. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them.
