GBScam The only way for them to get better is to change the whole system, Management down to secretaries and To honor the warranty that they promise when you purchase it .. I had a horrible experience and it's still ongoing 550 dollars down the drain because they sold me a defective glass and installed it improperly but they won't admit that only tell me that it's not covered from breakage .Shattered and breakage is not the same thing. Lies after they get your money. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them.

GBGot cracked windshield replaced at the… Got cracked windshield replaced at the location on Randall Road in Carpentersville and was happy with the results. Nice friendly people and they do fine work.

GBI would definitely use Auto Glass Now again! I looked up local glass repair shops when my windshield was cracked. Once insurance gave the go ahead Auto Glass Now in Springfield, MO was extremely prompt. We scheduled for a mobile repair and they came to my work place and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I would definitely use their services again!

GBavoid Auto Glass Now read all the 1 star reviews showed up late, did not have correct window, did not call to state problem, no call with update I had to call and they are too busy to finish the repair until two weeks from now. terrible customer service use any body but Auto Glass Now

GBHad a claim for a w/s with my insurance… Had a claim for a w/s with my insurance company. Took it there and thought it had to be replaced. They repaired instead with no money out of pocket. They're awesome!
