I filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

avoid Auto Glass Now read all the 1 star reviews showed up late, did not have correct window, did not call to state problem, no call with update I had to call and they are too busy to finish the repair until two weeks from now. terrible customer service use any body but Auto Glass Now

The prices cannot be beat Celandrea was an absolute doll,very professional, kind, courteous and very helpful!! My new windshield turned out great qnd it took them less than an hour. I would definitely use Auto Glass Now again! I looked up local glass repair shops when my windshield was cracked. Once insurance gave the go ahead Auto Glass Now in Springfield, MO was extremely prompt. We scheduled for a mobile repair and they came to my work place and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I would definitely use their services again!

It pays to shop around. If one regularly drives New Mexico roads, you will likely need to replace your windshield as I did. I received a $500+ quote from Safelite. UGH! Shopping around I found Auto Glass Now on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. I filled out the online form and the next day received a quote of $165 to replace my Ford Escape windshield. Great savings even after the round trip from Santa Fe. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was immediately given a friendly welcome. Completed the paperwork and 80 minutes later the replacement was done. Good place, good staff. Will use again if necessary.
