GBTotal crooks avoid and go local I have just had my daughter on the phone in floods of tears having been charged £900 to replace passenger side glass on a car worth less than the repair. She has a baby and cant afford this so she is now on a payment plan with Auto Glass which with take her over a year to repay. Absolute crooks they must have known that Admiral would not cover this but did the work and billed her over 3 times what a local company quoted.

GBRude My wife got a small chip in her windshield so I took her vehicle in after finding the web page for this business. When I arrived at the front counter, the woman sitting at a desk literally gave me a look like I did not belong in her shop and asked what do I want in a rude tone. I explained why I came in and before I could finish. She said can’t help today and it would cost 120 dollars minimum. She made no attempt to make a sale in any way. Made it clear that I for whatever reason was not wanted in her establishment with her tone, glare and dismissive attitude. Complete opposite of what they are advertising. Easy enough to spend my money elsewhere.

GBAuto Glass Now on Williamson Rd in… Auto Glass Now on Williamson Rd in Roanoke offers first rate service at extremely reasonable prices. I got a windshield ding while traveling and called to see if it could be fixed. Lindsey was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The ding could be repaired, but I chose to replace the windshield. I was taken care of and out the door in less than an hour and a half. The price was more than fair and the windshield came with a lifetime warranty from a company that has nationwide services. Thank you Lindsey and the tech who installed my windshield. Forever grateful for your honesty and your exceptional work ethics. You folks are awesome!!

GBScam The only way for them to get better is to change the whole system, Management down to secretaries and To honor the warranty that they promise when you purchase it .. I had a horrible experience and it's still ongoing 550 dollars down the drain because they sold me a defective glass and installed it improperly but they won't admit that only tell me that it's not covered from breakage .Shattered and breakage is not the same thing. Lies after they get your money. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them.
