GBI filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

GBHad a claim for a w/s with my insurance… Had a claim for a w/s with my insurance company. Took it there and thought it had to be replaced. They repaired instead with no money out of pocket. They're awesome!

GBI will definitely use AUTO GLASS NOW… I will definitely use AUTO GLASS NOW AGAIN they were awesome they came all the way to Bowdon my home town and put my front glass in did it in the matter of minutes was super fast and had conversations with you the whole time. My babies loved watching them come out and do it.

GBI would definitely use Auto Glass Now again! I looked up local glass repair shops when my windshield was cracked. Once insurance gave the go ahead Auto Glass Now in Springfield, MO was extremely prompt. We scheduled for a mobile repair and they came to my work place and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I would definitely use their services again!

GBGot cracked windshield replaced at the… Got cracked windshield replaced at the location on Randall Road in Carpentersville and was happy with the results. Nice friendly people and they do fine work.
