GBIt pays to shop around. If one regularly drives New Mexico roads, you will likely need to replace your windshield as I did. I received a $500+ quote from Safelite. UGH! Shopping around I found Auto Glass Now on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. I filled out the online form and the next day received a quote of $165 to replace my Ford Escape windshield. Great savings even after the round trip from Santa Fe. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was immediately given a friendly welcome. Completed the paperwork and 80 minutes later the replacement was done. Good place, good staff. Will use again if necessary.

I got a windshield ding while traveling and called to see if it could be fixed. Lindsey was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The ding could be repaired, but I chose to replace the windshield. I was taken care of and out the door in less than an hour and a half. The price was more than fair and the windshield came with a lifetime warranty from a company that has nationwide services. Thank you Lindsey and the tech who installed my windshield. Forever grateful for your honesty and your exceptional work ethics. You folks are awesome!!

GBUNSKILLED INSTALLERS Installer cracked the corner of the WS and didn't say anything. When I called them, they sent another installer to replace the windshield and he told me that I must have damaged it. This company took over American Mobil Glass, A company that I used for 30+ years. I will never use this company again.

GBI filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!
