I filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

Had a claim for a w/s with my insurance… Had a claim for a w/s with my insurance company. Took it there and thought it had to be replaced. They repaired instead with no money out of pocket. They're awesome!

Total crooks avoid and go local I have just had my daughter on the phone in floods of tears having been charged £900 to replace passenger side glass on a car worth less than the repair. She has a baby and cant afford this so she is now on a payment plan with Auto Glass which with take her over a year to repay. Absolute crooks they must have known that Admiral would not cover this but did the work and billed her over 3 times what a local company quoted.

Rock chipped my windshield! :( While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me.
