I filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

Rock chipped my windshield! :( While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me. When I called the Carrollton location on Josey Ln, they told me they opened at 8:00 Monday morning and I could just walk in without an appointment. I arrived before 8:00, but they were open and welcomed me in. My car was immediately taken back and the work was completed within 20 minutes. You can't tell I ever had a chip (star) in my windshield! It pays to shop around. If one regularly drives New Mexico roads, you will likely need to replace your windshield as I did. I received a $500+ quote from Safelite. UGH! Shopping around I found Auto Glass Now on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. I filled out the online form and the next day received a quote of $165 to replace my Ford Escape windshield. Great savings even after the round trip from Santa Fe. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was immediately given a friendly welcome. Completed the paperwork and 80 minutes later the replacement was done. Good place, good staff. Will use again if necessary.

Regulator & Motor replacement My 2007 Lincoln Town Car needed the drivers side regulator and motor replaced. I made an appointment and the work was done by those awesome tech's and now my window works fine. Thank you Auto Glass Now in Mesquite, Texas.

Scam The only way for them to get better is to change the whole system, Management down to secretaries and To honor the warranty that they promise when you purchase it .. I had a horrible experience and it's still ongoing 550 dollars down the drain because they sold me a defective glass and installed it improperly but they won't admit that only tell me that it's not covered from breakage .Shattered and breakage is not the same thing. Lies after they get your money. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them.
