GBUNSKILLED INSTALLERS Installer cracked the corner of the WS and didn't say anything. When I called them, they sent another installer to replace the windshield and he told me that I must have damaged it. This company took over American Mobil Glass, A company that I used for 30+ years. I will never use this company again.

GBI would definitely use Auto Glass Now again! I looked up local glass repair shops when my windshield was cracked. Once insurance gave the go ahead Auto Glass Now in Springfield, MO was extremely prompt. We scheduled for a mobile repair and they came to my work place and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I would definitely use their services again!

GBTotal crooks avoid and go local I have just had my daughter on the phone in floods of tears having been charged £900 to replace passenger side glass on a car worth less than the repair. She has a baby and cant afford this so she is now on a payment plan with Auto Glass which with take her over a year to repay. Absolute crooks they must have known that Admiral would not cover this but did the work and billed her over 3 times what a local company quoted.

GBRock chipped my windshield! :( While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me. When I called the Carrollton location on Josey Ln, they told me they opened at 8:00 Monday morning and I could just walk in without an appointment. I arrived before 8:00, but they were open and welcomed me in. My car was immediately taken back and the work was completed within 20 minutes. You can't tell I ever had a chip (star) in my windshield! Very friendly service and expert repairs along with quick service made my day! I highly recommend that you use AutoGlassNow! for any windshield repairs or replacement needs you may have.

GBI filed a glass claim through my… I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!
