Scam The only way for them to get better is to change the whole system, Management down to secretaries and To honor the warranty that they promise when you purchase it .. I had a horrible experience and it's still ongoing 550 dollars down the drain because they sold me a defective glass and installed it improperly but they won't admit that only tell me that it's not covered from breakage .Shattered and breakage is not the same thing. Lies after they get your money. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them.

Rock chipped my windshield! :( While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me. It pays to shop around. If one regularly drives New Mexico roads, you will likely need to replace your windshield as I did. I received a $500+ quote from Safelite. UGH! Shopping around I found Auto Glass Now on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. I filled out the online form and the next day received a quote of $165 to replace my Ford Escape windshield. Great savings even after the round trip from Santa Fe. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was immediately given a friendly welcome. Completed the paperwork and 80 minutes later the replacement was done. Good place, good staff. Will use again if necessary.
