I came across Teslaunch looking for… I came across Teslaunch looking for pillar delete for my Model Y. They had the product for the best price available. Shipping was 4 weeks. Not the quickest but not every thing is Amazon and more importantly customer service was quick at answering my email when I asked for an update. The product arrived and I didn't like it. I don't fault the seller. I'm used to a certain type of auto vynyl and this wasn't it. I contacted the seller and they said I could return the product if I paid shipping or I could keep the product and they would offer me another product (with a $50) price tag for just the cost of shipping ($10). The other product was also something I was really interested in so I went with it. Teslaunch has a lot of products for great prices and their customer service has been incredible at responding to my questions and resolving my issue.

Great support team and quality product Support team replied promptly to clear up a mistake I had made with my shopping cart while ordering. Items arrived a few days before I was expecting, which is always a bonus. Quality of the products is great.

Ordered wheel covers over a month ago Ordered wheel covers over a month ago, and item has still not even been shipped! Customer service repeats excuses about delivery location issues, supplier material delays or "logistic channel" problems, but no ETA is ever given. I don't expect to ever actually receive quality wheel covers from this site. Avoid ordering from them if possible.

Avoid You'd reckon after decades of buying stuff on-line I'd at least have the common sense to try and find some reviews before shelling out a few hundred dollars for a Model Y rim protector set.What garbage.Nowhere in the sales pitch did they mention double sided tape so when a lengthy roll fell out of the packing box I thought"Ruh-roh".My worst fears confirmed.Low quality manufacturing that don't fit.I guess what the tape is for right>Avoid
