Checkin was quite slow but the overall experience was great. The car we had contracted was not available so we were given a superior model.

Hired car in Muscat Oman waited over 2… Hired car in Muscat Oman waited over 2 hours to collect after being told could collect at certain time. They didn't know what was happing. Returned car one month later and was told my security deposit would be refunded with 3- 5 working days. That was over two month ago and I'm still waiting,despite the fact my son has been in there office nearly every week asking what was happening and the same reply was 3-5 working days. Never in a million years would I rent from this company again. If anyone has any sense and reads these reviews they will go elsewhere to hire a car.

Steer Clear!!!!!! When I showed up to pick up my rental after already prechecking in, had to start the whole process over. They charged a huge fee that they said part of was a refundable deposit yet no money was ever put back on my card. They instantly made me upgrade to next class of car at the counter based on what they had available. They charged extra insurance even though my insurance covers 100% for rentals, when I checked in they asked if i wanted any coverage thru them and i said no. Car broke down 1st full day into our rental and we were never compensated or rebated for the time lost without a vehicle. Sent email to customer service with zero response back.

Not reliable rental car company During my trip to Orlando, my family and I have rented a car with Dollar and they gave me a car without fuel. I took a picture of it but it was missing the KM information. The car was dirty, without oil changed and no water. Additionally, after I returned the car, they charged me 200 dollars telling that I didn't returned the car with completed fuel. Even with my contest, they refused to cancel this charge. So please do not trust in this company for car rental.
