GBYour company did a great job . . . Your company did a great job in sending me the part in a timely manner; however I ordered the "inner" light instead of "outer" light, but you are graciously letting me return the unused part. My only suggestion would be to offer faster shipping as I needed this part as soon as possible. Thank you. :)

GBPoor customer service Poor customer service, rude, Cindy and S. Farzan have poor customer service skills. They will not return phone calls but are willing to argue with you via email. Will not provide a return shipping label and their body parts are plastic and flimsy. DON’T ORDER THROUGH HERE!! STAY AWAY!

GBExtremely Poor Service and Communication Auto Fit accepted payment for 4 auto body parts. Their website showed they had the parts in stock. 2 weeks later the parts still have not shipped, they have not communicated with me. After calling I found they only have one of the parts in stock and that is damaged. I will not ever attempt to order any auto parts through this company again. When speaking to them on the phone, I was passed from department to department, communication was very unprofessional.

GBAUTOFIT ARE SCAMMERS SCAMMERS! I ordered a 300 dollar hood for my 2012 chevy cruze and it arrived different than described. I expected it to be primed but when I washed it with plain water the black was coming off. Called company and they said it's a coating to prevent rust, this is impossible because coating lasts 15 to 20 years. They refuse to replace or refund. Worst service ever!
