This is already the 3rd time ive order… This is already the 3rd time ive order a part that had my vehicle listed in its compatibility. And it doesn’t fit or is incorrect. There shipping and return policy is a joke as well. Regardless of them having the incorrect listings of compatible vehicles they still charge you for returning the item.

I've been calling and calling no answer… I've been calling and calling no answer throws u to a voice mail telling u there not there and can not answer and it hangs up on u. I'm very disappointed I had to order my parts else where I will not ver call here AGAIN..!!!

Thank you Yota shop for supplying me with the parts to keep my rig on the road! I'm not a very wealthy person, But that's one thing I value about Yota shop for Genuine OEM toyota parts they are at affordable prices. Do not hesitate, they are the best in solving problems The best in solving problems. I had an issue on a Tacoma truck that I have been trying to solve for over a year. No one in my area, including the dealership could help. I called YotaShop and they helped me find the parts I needed from pictures I took of my truck. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond. There is no question if I will be a returning customer. I am definitely grateful for the time and effort they put into researching the parts and cross referencing numbers to ensure I received the proper parts. If I were any closer I would take them out for drinks and lunch
