I've been calling and calling no answer… I've been calling and calling no answer throws u to a voice mail telling u there not there and can not answer and it hangs up on u. I'm very disappointed I had to order my parts else where I will not ver call here AGAIN..!!!

Do not hesitate, they are the best in solving problems The best in solving problems. I had an issue on a Tacoma truck that I have been trying to solve for over a year. No one in my area, including the dealership could help. I called YotaShop and they helped me find the parts I needed from pictures I took of my truck. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond. There is no question if I will be a returning customer. I am definitely grateful for the time and effort they put into researching the parts and cross referencing numbers to ensure I received the proper parts. If I were any closer I would take them out for drinks and lunch

Another happy customer! I recently purchased a rebuilt engine from Yotashop for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup (4 cylinder). Michael there at Yotashop was great to work with. He answered my questions, helped me with the details of my order and immediately intervened when I had problems with the shipping company. The engine was shipped precisely on the promised lead time and was well-built. Once installed in my truck and after the break-in period, it runs like new! The price wasn't cheap, but the quality and service were excellent, and the customer service support went above and beyond the call. I'm a happy customer, and would recommend Yotashop to anyone needing a Toyota engine replacement.

Was told that item was shipped and to … Was told that item was shipped and to wait longer then when asked by paypal to check shipping info item and shipping was cancelled! Didn't know that items could be recalled after being shipped out to customers.

Pineapple grenade gear knob Arrived fast but was disappointed opening it. The spoon and the actual grenade base were new but the housing for the fuse and primer was super corroded. 15 minutes of a wire brush, elbow grease and WD-40 made it new again but one would expect the product to be like that upon purchase.
