Very disappointing, will never order or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing, really wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. It's a repeating theme. They must run this as a side business out of a garage or something. Sent an email requesting an update several days after ordering and Michael replied it would be shipping out that day, days later, still waiting for the tracking number. To make things even worse, I paid extra for faster shipping. I suspect they have very little, to no inventory, and order from their suppliers when you place your order. Should have ordered elsewhere and I would have my 4Runner up and running by now.

well dont waste your time on there… well dont waste your time on there website they wont bother to tell you they also sell on Amazon. after paying 54 dollars on there site for shipping i received it hanging out of an amozon box literally .. and i have amozon prime free two day thanks for the heads up ... the part i received was manufactured in mex so no reason to support a fake group what a fun name go to rock auto or parts geek

Was told that item was shipped and to … Was told that item was shipped and to wait longer then when asked by paypal to check shipping info item and shipping was cancelled! Didn't know that items could be recalled after being shipped out to customers.

I ordered a radiator shroud clips for… I ordered a radiator shroud clips for my toyota haven't got a tracking number nothing about its being shipped.I know they are small parts but I'm tired of my shroud rattling and wearing earplugs inside my truck
