Booked a shared transfer return from… Booked a shared transfer return from Geneva to Morzine for 4. Waited at collection point from 20:45 to 22:30 before transfer left. As clearly they try to maximise the coach you risk lengthy waits. The return was much better and the drivers were good and courteous but I won’t be using them again.

You get what you pay for Transfer from Geneva to Les Prodains and back. I echo other people’s experiences about timings. Text message 12 hours earlier changing all the timings. We were late leaving Geneva and stupidly early leaving Les Prodains (which was then followed by about an hour waiting to be moved from a minibus to a coach before actually setting off to Geneva). Drivers are friendly but this seems like the Ryanair of bus transfers. Absolutely avoid if timings are important to you, otherwise they’re kinda OK. Just about.

Alpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress...… Alpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress....all the same? I gave it one star because it's easy to book and use the website - trouble is it's not so easy after that. Twice now I have tried to get to or back from Les Contamines Montjoie - which is about 15 minutes passed St Gervais. Both time severe problems with Alpybus insisting they don't go there or making you wait 3+ hours for a transfer......so thats 5 hours to get to resort after landing.....,..... on the last occasion 22/03 they refused to come and get me. instead I had to get down to le fayet. I have an email indicating they will refund me the difference but nothing so far....terrible service terrible company. Avoid the shared transfers like the plague if you want reliability. Update as of 14/4/2024....still no refund or even any response....

The Taxi was more than 45min late and… The Taxi was more than 45min late and we only left 1H after booked time. Surely the taxi should be arriving and waiting for passengers not the other around! They did not care at all and offered no reductions and no flexibility to cancel the return journey. Avoid them - we should have checked the past review before booking. P.S: i forgot to add that they came to pick us up with a bus for 15 people when we had order a private taxi for 5.
