GBYou get what you pay for Transfer from Geneva to Les Prodains and back. I echo other people’s experiences about timings. Text message 12 hours earlier changing all the timings. We were late leaving Geneva and stupidly early leaving Les Prodains (which was then followed by about an hour waiting to be moved from a minibus to a coach before actually setting off to Geneva). Drivers are friendly but this seems like the Ryanair of bus transfers. Absolutely avoid if timings are important to you, otherwise they’re kinda OK. Just about.

GBPoor service and poorly timed drop off Cham Express dropped us to the airport 5 hours early!! I flagged this before and they tried to tell me that this was a typical time (despite the fact I’ve used transfers from Geneva to Chamonix for years and never once has this happened. I’ve since tried to complain and the customer services policy is so awful they are just ignoring my emails. Highly recommend using a different provider! Although they sometimes share vans with Alpy Bus and Mountain Drop Off’s the customer service / contact-ability is so much better

GBHours of waiting time, no flexibility They only do pick ups every few hours, so it does not matter when your flight arrives. They do not explain this upfront and have a very strict cancellation/amendment policy (even if you book a flexible ticket). Customer service isn’t easy to reach and is not understanding/willing to work with you.

GBDo not give them your money! Do not give them your money! I booked a transfer from Geneva airport for 3pm through a third party comparison website. Got an email saying Chamexpress accepted the booking a payment was taken. The night before I was due to arrive, they changed the pick up time to 6pm and said they only run two services a day off season so there is nothing else they could do and refused to give me refund. I never would have booked if I had know they could just tell you any time they want once they’ve got your money. Just awful!!!
