The website advertises every 30 min departures but in fact these are batched into much less frequent service. At Geneva you will be delayed. Our 11:45 booked transfer was delayed so several groups could be batched together. We departed Geneva at 13:05 in a coach. Outside Les Gets we were then transferred to a minibus to better navigate the town. Returning, your booked departure time will be changed the day before by text message, earlier, to suit their infrequent service departures, resulting in a longer than necessary stay at Geneva airport. Telephone attendant told me transfers are maybe every 2hrs. The website lists all times as "estimate" which telephone operator told me means within 4hours of this time! No refunds if the changed transfer times don't suit you! Operators of bait and switch scam.
