NOGreat experience with Marzio! We had a great experience with Chamexpress. Our excellent driver Marzio made the trip comfterbale and fun. We would love to travel with him again!

GBYour booking will be changed and no refunds Mini van companies ChamExpress, AlpyBus, MorzExpress have been bought up by NationalExpress coach company. The website advertises every 30 min departures but in fact these are batched into much less frequent service. At Geneva you will be delayed. Our 11:45 booked transfer was delayed so several groups could be batched together. We departed Geneva at 13:05 in a coach. Outside Les Gets we were then transferred to a minibus to better navigate the town. Returning, your booked departure time will be changed the day before by text message, earlier, to suit their infrequent service departures, resulting in a longer than necessary stay at Geneva airport. Telephone attendant told me transfers are maybe every 2hrs. The website lists all times as "estimate" which telephone operator told me means within 4hours of this time! No refunds if the changed transfer times don't suit you! Operators of bait and switch scam.

GBAlpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress...… Alpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress....all the same? I gave it one star because it's easy to book and use the website - trouble is it's not so easy after that. Twice now I have tried to get to or back from Les Contamines Montjoie - which is about 15 minutes passed St Gervais. Both time severe problems with Alpybus insisting they don't go there or making you wait 3+ hours for a transfer......so thats 5 hours to get to resort after landing.....,..... on the last occasion 22/03 they refused to come and get me. instead I had to get down to le fayet. I have an email indicating they will refund me the difference but nothing so far....terrible service terrible company. Avoid the shared transfers like the plague if you want reliability. Update as of 14/4/2024....still no refund or even any response....

GBHours of waiting time, no flexibility They only do pick ups every few hours, so it does not matter when your flight arrives. They do not explain this upfront and have a very strict cancellation/amendment policy (even if you book a flexible ticket). Customer service isn’t easy to reach and is not understanding/willing to work with you.

GBleft in the lurch for return trip AND taking up to 8 weeks to refund Informed at 36hrs notice we could not be collected from agreed address in Les Contamines and would need to make our own way to St Gervais 10km away. Would not pay taxi- we could accept that or cancel- "that's the way it is". Would not convey complaint "you need to email, its a different department" Dreadful customer service. "Full refund" promised but 10 days and a reminder later there is no sign of the refund. Chamexpress latest response is that up to 8 weeks is needed to process refunds - another example of an appallingly bad response and indifference when they fail to provide the contracted service.
