Good experience, great driver 😃 I had a good experience with this company. The driver, Isidoros I had for both trips to and from Geneva Airport. He was polite, friendly and an attentive, careful driver on the roads which I appreciated. He made my experience with Alpy very pleasurable. I found the customer service to be very good, respond to emails quick (within a couple hours) and very helpful on the phone aswell.

We were four tired ski-bums returning… We were four tired ski-bums returning from Avoriaz / Prodains to Genéve Airport. We had booked in advance and were happy to be picked-up on time. Lee, the driver, drove us for almost two hours in a gentle way without unnecessary speeding and braking, and most of us had a nice sleep on the way. There was a fair amount of traffic, but Lee knew the alternative routes and got us safely to the airport without losing much time. Good car, comfortable temperature and all. Thanks Il'ya.

Our driver (marzio grattieri) was perfectly punctual and very sympathetic! I also felt very safe while driving and he gave us some cool infos and tips about the area. Definitely recommend! I've used their service several times… I've used their service several times without problems. This time I was an idiot and forgot my phone on the bus when I was dropped off in Les Houched. Was able to call the office from the hotel, and within 10 minutes my phone was returned, literally saving my entire trip. I'm so grateful for this ❤

Your booking will be changed and no refunds Mini van companies ChamExpress, AlpyBus, MorzExpress have been bought up by NationalExpress coach company. The website advertises every 30 min departures but in fact these are batched into much less frequent service. At Geneva you will be delayed. Our 11:45 booked transfer was delayed so several groups could be batched together. We departed Geneva at 13:05 in a coach. Outside Les Gets we were then transferred to a minibus to better navigate the town. Returning, your booked departure time will be changed the day before by text message, earlier, to suit their infrequent service departures, resulting in a longer than necessary stay at Geneva airport. Telephone attendant told me transfers are maybe every 2hrs. The website lists all times as "estimate" which telephone operator told me means within 4hours of this time! No refunds if the changed transfer times don't suit you! Operators of bait and switch scam.
