That explains my uttermost joy last week when Northern Star Moving Systems crew was able to relocate me so peacefully. They were hearty in the service deliveries. I am so happy I hired them out.

GBHard workers, fast and considerate We moved 4200 lbs of stuff, a lot of it easy to scratch, break and destroy Ikea furniture. Not one thing arrived broken or even blemished. Seriously! Further, EVERYTHING came. We had tons of individual, non-boxed items that I thought for sure would get lost. Nope)) Every single thing, from guitars to individual ski poles arrived. Also, both the guys who picked up our stuff and the guys who dropped our stuff off were awesome. Hard workers, fast and considerate. Thanks!

CAProud of the experience I am yet to undergo such an exciting relocation experience again. It feels so good to be given real value for your cash. I am glad that Northern Star Moving Systems team managed to do that in an effortless way. Their services were simply out of the ordinary. GBVery unprofessional Very unprofessional. Sam who I dealt with contacted me with a quote based on my inventory. I chose to go with a different mover based on recommendations and locality. Sam called numerous times like a telemarketer. I spoke with him and told him I went with another company. He argued and tried to get me to go with this company I once again told him I put a deposit down and have chosen a different company at which he said I don't want your business anyway and hung up on me.

GBThey have been terrible at every step… They have been unethical at every step of the process. The customer service rep (James) said he'd be with us at every step of the process. After the contract was signed he completely disappeared. Their estimate was half of the final cost. We had some additional boxes that would add some cost but even the packers said this is a standard tactic with this company to lowball the initial quote. They said our goods would be delivered in 7-10 days. We're on day 10 and not only do we have no delivery, they haven't even left the warehouse so we're perpetually 4 days from any delivery date. They will not return our calls and have not provided any new delivery date (which according to the DOT Mover's Rights document is illegal.) We have filed a complaint with the DOT. Update: They are scheduled to deliver Tuesday which is exactly 3 weeks after their original 7 day date and one month after pickup.
