More than perfect That was a perfect relocation. I had moved before but never received anything to what I had last week. All my properties; from furniture to utensils were relocated safely without any damage being evident. What inspired me, even more, is the fact that they were able to move me without charging extra charge or pricing higher quotes. I am grateful.

Absolutely the worst moving company! Absolutely the worst moving company!! Lost my husband's entire toolbox, my kitchenaid mixer and many kitchen items, a patio chair .... etc etc. Plus damaged multiple items. They change to another company for delivery .... a total rip off company BEWARE!!!

Proud of the experience I am yet to undergo such an exciting relocation experience again. It feels so good to be given real value for your cash. I am glad that Northern Star Moving Systems team managed to do that in an effortless way. Their services were simply out of the ordinary. For the first time, I was able to go through a relocation experience free of mistakes. Isn�t that something to be proud of?

I can’t trust them I can’t trust them. Got an estimate and we went over everything. Added 1 rolling toolbox later and the bill was presented for $700 more. Was assured during the estimate I had extra room for more stuff with no additional cost

Terrible! Total money scam! This has been the worst experience of my life & we were sold a pack of lies! Everything was perfect until they got the deposit & then all turned to crap...paid almost 5k to move from PA to Miami & here I sit on a beach chair in my livingroom because my stuff still hasn't even left PA! Our stuff was promised prior to deposit to be here by 7/22 but still get the same "NO ETA" everytime we call. Now they are saying if we pay another $3500 they can have it here in 3 days! Cannot even talk to the sales guy who sold me this batch of lies...guess we will be getting the news & a lawyer involved...SMH you should be ashamed of yourself
