This company is the worst ever This company is the worst ever. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. Master RIP off artist/salesman, James disappeared when we got closer to the move date. The estimated cost doubled and then they proceeded to do everything wrong. Items were packed haphazardly and boxes weren't labeled. Lamps and TVs were just thrown into big boxes with everything else. All lampshades were ruined. We are missing all our good pots and pans. Delivery was late and they didn't help unpack or take empty boxes. It cost $10,000 to move from NJ to FL and it was a terrible experience. We moved from HI to NJ a year and a half ago for under $7000 and it went perfectly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They have been terrible at every step… They have been unethical at every step of the process. The customer service rep (James) said he'd be with us at every step of the process. After the contract was signed he completely disappeared. Their estimate was half of the final cost. We had some additional boxes that would add some cost but even the packers said this is a standard tactic with this company to lowball the initial quote. They said our goods would be delivered in 7-10 days. We're on day 10 and not only do we have no delivery, they haven't even left the warehouse so we're perpetually 4 days from any delivery date. They will not return our calls and have not provided any new delivery date (which according to the DOT Mover's Rights document is illegal.) We have filed a complaint with the DOT. Update: They are scheduled to deliver Tuesday which is exactly 3 weeks after their original 7 day date and one month after pickup.

Just fine The move from Alabama to New York was indeed so amazing. I enjoyed every bit of it. From the moment I spoke to their agent until the last minute they were leaving, the relocations remained awesome. I loved how they handled me throughout the experience. They were so respectful and knew how to handle every part of the relocation. I was so glad at the end of everything.

I can’t believe I even have to give… I can’t believe I even have to give them 1 Star. They are completely giving my mom the run around. Picked up her furniture on May 12, 2019 with a requested delivery date of May 29, 2019. It is June 7 and my 81 year old Mom still doesn’t have any furniture. She closed on her new house 2 weeks ago. My husband called on behalf of my mom today and they hung up on him. Disgusting way to treat an older woman. Completely taking advantage of her. When (if) she gets the furniture I will update my review. So angry for my mom.

Terrible! Total money scam! This has been the worst experience of my life & we were sold a pack of lies! Everything was perfect until they got the deposit & then all turned to crap...paid almost 5k to move from PA to Miami & here I sit on a beach chair in my livingroom because my stuff still hasn't even left PA! Our stuff was promised prior to deposit to be here by 7/22 but still get the same "NO ETA" everytime we call. Now they are saying if we pay another $3500 they can have it here in 3 days! Cannot even talk to the sales guy who sold me this batch of lies...guess we will be getting the news & a lawyer involved...SMH you should be ashamed of yourself
