Ordered a Peugeot speedfight 100cc gear… Ordered a Peugeot speedfight 100cc gear oil seal and bearing set, ordered on the 22nd of April, I have had no emails regarding shipping information or even if it’s been dispatched email, obviously still waiting to see if it arrives as it’s only been 5 days but would of thought I would of got a email about it being dispatched.

The fact that they are a small company… The fact that they are a small company and dont allow calls is a mistake, Id have my mobile available 24 7. Sadly sent me the wrong Variator kit and now after 19 days Im waiting on a refund that was supposed to be in my bank "within 24 hours" 5 days ago.

Item lost in transit I ordered a kickstart shaft from this company costing £13-92, I was away when it came and my daughter took the package in as the letter box is on the gate post,she sent me a photo of the 2 packages that arrived that day, and when I got home the package from Racing planet was empty and the bag looked like it had been opened, I spoke to my daughter and she told me there was nothing of any weight in the package when she took it from the box. I contacted RP and they said they had a photo from the courier showing a lump in the package as proof of the shaft being inside,they sent me the photo but I don't think it was proof. I am pretty sure the shaft was lost in transit but RP were adamant that I had received it. I fully explained everything to Pay pal but they took the word of RP before me. I am an OAP and I am neither a thief or a lair, I just cannot under stand why they would not send me another shaft or give me a refund as I had proof (my daughters word) that the item was not in the package.

I don’t review unless necessary exceptional service I have spent in total a little over £800 in the last 6 months on multiple orders, (around 9) and I just don’t understand the negative reviews, packages shipped in time, all stock available, arriving in pristine condition and most importantly; processed first thing the following day. not once have I had a negative experience, they have been consistent since I used them a decade ago. The only thing I’d like to see would be a loyalty card;) Other than that they’ve been spot on.

First time using but Didn’t Deliver after 20-days! Ordered some parts off their website for my sons scooter on 04/05 & paid £4.95 for 3-5days delivery… 20-days later & still nothing! Contacted them twice using the ticket system (Which works ok), first response was that one of the items was coming from the EU warehouse?… that is fair enough but they could have still sent the other parts & even delivered within the 3-5days as i’ve had items from EU/overseas surprisingly quick from other companies, and they did all show as “in stock” when placing my order! The second reply was 21/04 & told that the items were “lost” but they would be shipped immediately & I would receive them in the next day or 2🤔… Still Nothing! Appreciate this was a Friday but I still get deliveries on Sat & Sunday but nothing has arrived🤷‍♂️ it may be that they genuinly did “loose” the parts but either way they could have offered to cancel my order for a full refund as I requested in my second ticket respone or at the very least offer to refund the 3-5days shipping charge which they could not deliver as Claimed! I will now try & request again to cancel my order for a full refund (including the postage) & see how it goes via their ticket system… failing that I will need to waste more time contacting my bank to request the money back as the items have not been received! First time using Racing Planet… and likely my last going by my first experience with them so far. Read through some of the reviews here & on Google & noticed their is quite a few negative reviews regarding delivery/refunds etc… typical I should have read the reviews PRIOR to ordering from a company I haven’t used before!!! I will see how the refund goes & update with any feedback🤞 TBC
