Customer service seems to think it is not their problem. Took multiple tries to even get my money back. Terrible experience and nothing for it but wasted time.

Absolutely catastrophic experience I bought an adjustable c hook spanner from these guys and after tightening a nut to 50 NM, the threads on the adjustor stripped causing. The tool to be unusable, so I contacted racingplanet and they stopped communicating with me after 1 message which is a real shame as I have been buying stuff from these guys for a long time.

Very good! Ordered a few parts for my geared moped, and came within 3 days, would completely recommend. just ignore the hate it's all legit!
