The fact that they are a small company… The fact that they are a small company and dont allow calls is a mistake, Id have my mobile available 24 7. Sadly sent me the wrong Variator kit and now after 19 days Im waiting on a refund that was supposed to be in my bank "within 24 hours" 5 days ago.

Took weeks to tell me they had taken my… Took weeks to tell me they had taken my money without stock, still didn't have the stock and weren't going to do anything but wait. Customer service seems to think it is not their problem. Took multiple tries to even get my money back. Terrible experience and nothing for it but wasted time.
