I ordered 3 packages of bronze bushing … I ordered 3 packages of bronze bushing through ebay. There should have been 4 in each pack. One pack had only 3 bushings. Because I would need to reorder another pack of these bearing FinditParts refunded my entire purchase.

Buyers Beware Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. Jim.

Poor Packaging!!! I don't know if these items were packaged by find it parts or a third party, but packaging was awful. I know these items were heavy long, and bulky but the box was just distroyed when it arivied. I did'nt notice any damage, but it really made me question shippers concern for the customer on the receiving end of parts that they ordered

Placed order for a Catapillar OEM oil … Placed order for a Catapillar OEM oil filter as pictured in the listing. When the box arrived I opened it to find the Catapillar filters were substituted with Baldwin B7700. They are the correct parts for my motorhome Catapillar C-7 diesel. I ordered Catapillar parts and expected Catapillar OEM parts. Filters were priced very reasonable so will not return them. Will see how good these are on my next oil analysis test.

Great price on hard to find diesel injection part. I ordered a small part for a diesel injection pump which was showing in stock. I had looked globally and could not find this anywhere. The part was very cheap and I was a bit suspicious that it was really in stock, especially after reading a lot of negative reviews. After placing my order it disappeared and I sent several email to the company. They each were replied to; I later find my order by another route on the website and the part turned up a few days later. Very happy, thank you. I will now look through their stock and feel confident to order again.
