STAY AWAY Ordered part and was told it would ship within 4 days. Started calling and emailing after 6 days to try and find out when it will ship. Talked to them and received emails promising someone would get right back to me. Not one response. Wasted almost 2 weeks and finally cancelled. Totally indifferent and uncaring company. Stay away from this outfit. They are not honorable people.

Order was delivered 3 days past due Order was delivered 3 days past due. I paid extra to have a 2 day air delivery date! Product was available and shipped on time, UPS extended delivery by 1 business day which was delivered on Monday 6/26/17. We had to postpone our vacation by two days. Until product was received. Would like a refund in shipping costs.

They can't be trusted with shipping ! I ordered a part which I needed urgently as the machine is down so I chose next day air. Once I got the tracking link I saw that it was send ground ! When I called in they apologized that a mistake was made and will refund the difference to normal shipping. As the machine is down and this costs me hundreds of dollars per day because of their mistake I asked for a full shipping refund. They denied this, pissing a customer off because of 12 $ ! You can't trust them with shipping !

Great price on hard to find diesel injection part. I ordered a small part for a diesel injection pump which was showing in stock. I had looked globally and could not find this anywhere. The part was very cheap and I was a bit suspicious that it was really in stock, especially after reading a lot of negative reviews. After placing my order it disappeared and I sent several email to the company. They each were replied to; I later find my order by another route on the website and the part turned up a few days later. Very happy, thank you. I will now look through their stock and feel confident to order again.

2003 V-rod replacement The day I place the order went something like this, called local H-D shop for a starter solenoid for a 2003 V-rod, give the the part #, I'm told it gas been replaced by a -01A, ok order it, it's been discontinued, ok whats's the replacement #, none its been discontinued. You probably should try searching the internet, good luck, good bye. ?????? So I began the search. Ended up searching by manufacturer # which brought me to you folks. Received the part On Thurs, installed today. Exact match. Same terminals, same mounting bracket. My V-rod is back on the road.
