They take orders on their web site, send you a confirming accepting email then two days later demand you download and print a form, fill it out and send it back. The whole purpose of on line ordering is to avoid paperwork. There are plenty of ways to confirm credit card validity without going primitive. This Joe O. clown in their misnamed customer service made no attempt to validate my order in the usual manner. Do not do business with these people~

GBnew customer Incredible buying experience for new customer. Brake rotors ordered on Tuesday, arrived at my front door on Thursday !!!. Great pricing and super service. What more can I say but Thank You !!!

GBSTAY AWAY Ordered part and was told it would ship within 4 days. Started calling and emailing after 6 days to try and find out when it will ship. Talked to them and received emails promising someone would get right back to me. Not one response. Wasted almost 2 weeks and finally cancelled. Totally indifferent and uncaring company. Stay away from this outfit. They are not honorable people.

GBFinditParts JOKE What a disaster of a company. Find it parts is a joke. Ordered an actuator for a turbo charger yesterday for overnight delivery and they didn't ship it til today for Monday delivery. Then the MANGER Sal laughed at me and told me it wasn't his problem that THEY shipped it late and I'd be stuck til next Monday

GBThey can't be trusted with shipping ! I ordered a part which I needed urgently as the machine is down so I chose next day air. Once I got the tracking link I saw that it was send ground ! When I called in they apologized that a mistake was made and will refund the difference to normal shipping. As the machine is down and this costs me hundreds of dollars per day because of their mistake I asked for a full shipping refund. They denied this, pissing a customer off because of 12 $ ! You can't trust them with shipping !
