GBThey suck big time They suck big time. They take orders on their web site, send you a confirming accepting email then two days later demand you download and print a form, fill it out and send it back. The whole purpose of on line ordering is to avoid paperwork. There are plenty of ways to confirm credit card validity without going primitive. This Joe O. clown in their misnamed customer service made no attempt to validate my order in the usual manner. Do not do business with these people~

GBPoor Packaging!!! I don't know if these items were packaged by find it parts or a third party, but packaging was awful. I know these items were heavy long, and bulky but the box was just distroyed when it arivied. I did'nt notice any damage, but it really made me question shippers concern for the customer on the receiving end of parts that they ordered

GBSTAY AWAY Ordered part and was told it would ship within 4 days. Started calling and emailing after 6 days to try and find out when it will ship. Talked to them and received emails promising someone would get right back to me. Not one response. Wasted almost 2 weeks and finally cancelled. Totally indifferent and uncaring company. Stay away from this outfit. They are not honorable people.

GBNot sure how you do it Thanks so much for giving us the ability to order a replacement mirror for our RV. Not sure how you do it, not only were you able to get us the exact part, which we couldn't find anywhere else, but both the mirror's price and shipping costs were reasonable! Thank you!

GBBuyers Beware Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. Jim.
