Great experience, product arrived in good condition and right on time. Smittybilt is a great product. I recommend them to anyone looking for jeep parts. I've purchased fender flares and a front bumper both fit my jeep perfect. I will defiantly be back for more parts.

Offering items for sale that are not available Attempted to buy a Smittybilt roll cage for my 2007 JK Wrangler. My credit card was charged for the full amount of order, then I was told the roll bar would not be available until "Sometime in the summer". I could not get a realistic date item would be available or a reason for it not being available. Had to have my account credited.

Very friendly customer service and did exactly what I asked After I put my order into Smittybuilt I rrecieved a call from the shipping or ordering dept. they said it would cost almost $500 to have my order shipped to Juneau Alaska. I asked them if they could deliver it to a Seattle barge company at a lower rate. Bottom line it only cost $50 for shipping. I bought a front bumper for a Toyota 4 runner in 1990. I was impressed with the quality then and I am more impressed now. This rear bumper I bought is freaking hot.

Unreal Nothing has went wrong with the winch and I have used it numbers of times, only thing that needs to be changed is you need to start sending decals with your products so we can show our support for your company on our rides

No interest in helping customers buy their product. Was trying to buy a roof rack from them but just needed the measurement between the mounting holes to made sure it fit my truck before buying it. I called customer service and they hung up on me the first time, put me on hold for 34 minutes and dropped the call the second time and told me to just go into 4wheel parts and that they would have that info. I even asked the smittybilt reps at the truck and keep fest at the smittybilt booth and no one had a clue or was even willing to try and find out and contact me. I guess they don't want my business.
