Easy online booking, delivery on time Needed to get a better price for an LTL shipment than the retailer provided for a 800# large pallet. FG webpage provided a range of options at reasonable prices. Chose ABF with estimate of three days (Iowa to VA). Got here on time. No damage.

Outstanding service They followed up when ups failed to pick the shipment up on the day it was scheduled. their attention to detail was outstanding. What a great service freightorgator provides. And the price choices were awesome. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I was only disappointed because there was $120 charge for coming in to get the boxes and I did not know the delivery on the other end so marked inside delivery. So there was a $240 charge total for The $240 charge for picking up and delivering inside should have been explained better. I know now - that I should have not marked it that way - according to the Fed Ex driver. I took the packages out to him and delivery was a business that had a delivery area. So there was no need for this charge. I fee this should be credited back.
