excellent supplier I found prime choice on Ebay when I needed a window regulator. They beat every ones price and have fast free shipping. Installed like factory and has performed as well or better. I also ordered brake parts and they are excellent quality and fit like OEM.

Horrible about returns I called and asked for refund on part. I was told to reject part and I'd be given credit in 7-10 days accidently ordered.over 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on refund. In fact after at least 4 calls and numerous emails. being promised 3-5 business days again I've waited 8 days and no refund. First time I called about not recieving the refund customer service couldn't even find my order . I had total charged. Date charged, shipping tracking number and order number. VERY VERY DISAPOINTED IN HOW SLOWLY THEY REFUND

Never got everything I ordered. Never got everything I ordered, though very professional each customer service rep gives you a different story re claim/ replacement whenever I call, still haven't received an email re update. Ordered parts Oct 25. 2017, made claim Nov 2 still waiting by the door.

POOR QUALITY PARTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Parts are the lowest grade. I purchase a 14 piece suspension kit - 6 months ago. The entire suspension is cheaply made and is not any where close to durable. Ironically, the suspension set I ordered off their site is no longer listed on their site. This company has refuses to stand behind their product. Go to your local auto parts store or choose a reputable online company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Autoshack unfair bad reviews Autoshack has been receiving unfair reviews in my opinion. I've heard horror story after story about receiving the incorrect parts and what a nightmare it has been. ALWAYS triple check ANY online order before entering your payment information. My experience was exactly as I expected it to be. I ordered the parts online ( brake rotors and pads), they were shipped promptly and I received email updates throughout the process. They arrived at my home and I was stunned by what I had received. The parts were even better quality than I had hoped for. I installed them myself and installation was smooth and fitment was exact. I will certainly use Autoshack in the future. OEM quality parts at a fraction of the price compared to local parts retailers. I can't speak to the durability yet because I just installed them but at the present I am one satisfied customer.
