Autoshack unfair bad reviews Autoshack has been receiving unfair reviews in my opinion. I've heard horror story after story about receiving the incorrect parts and what a nightmare it has been. ALWAYS triple check ANY online order before entering your payment information. My experience was exactly as I expected it to be. I ordered the parts online ( brake rotors and pads), they were shipped promptly and I received email updates throughout the process. They arrived at my home and I was stunned by what I had received. The parts were even better quality than I had hoped for. I installed them myself and installation was smooth and fitment was exact. I will certainly use Autoshack in the future. OEM quality parts at a fraction of the price compared to local parts retailers. I can't speak to the durability yet because I just installed them but at the present I am one satisfied customer. Radiator for X-Type I thought for sure a $50+ radiator for a '02 Jaguar X-Type would be a cheap piece of junk, but I was wrong. The new radiator seemed to weigh a little less than the OEM, and maybe the quality grades of plastic and aluminum are a little lower than the OEM, but neither observation was significant enough to cause me any concern. The new radiator fit perfectly. Watch all the YouTube Videos before you start. I found that using flat tin plumbing pipe hanger strap ( 3/4 inch wide, that you can buy from Lowes or HD) is best for hanging the radiator from the cross brace as you re-mount the condenser and fan assembly. Simple finger crimping of the strap around the edges of the cross brace was just enough to hold all the weight. I removed the thermostat assembly and all lower hoses to provide needed clearances. Aligning all components is a pain, but is doable without damage if you always go slow, watch and think.

Misrepresentation Here's my issue. Who am I rating? Primechoice or Autoshack? Personally I'm "trying" to rate Auto Shack. Two names already. Theyre page lists them as being from Alexandria NY. Their from Canada. Once I purchased parts the invoice shows their true location. This brings question.. Why must they lie... And list NY? 2 names 2 locations? Who? Where are complaints directed? Under which countrys jurisdiction?

I ordered a set of 2 Front Strut & 2… I ordered a set of 2 Front Strut & 2 Rear Shock Assemblies fits Chevy GMC Silverado/Sierra (2010 Silverado LT crew cab). Installed in September 2018. While doing an oil change recently I noticed the bushings on the lower part of front struts were pushing out causing the sleeve in which they belong in to make contact with lower control arm. (metal on metal). Also the bushing being only in use for 3 months show quite a lot of cracking and wear. I thought the GM factory struts (made in CHINA) were junk. These prime choice struts are the worst I've ever used. Buy a better brand, What a crock.
