This was my second time ordering parts … This was my second time ordering parts from prime choice, both times i never got an email confirmation, which at first i thought i got ripped off but low and behold the brake rotors i ordered were delivered within 3 days and ill use them on my next vehicle as well! I recommend these rotors as a price you cant beat.

Misrepresentation Here's my issue. Who am I rating? Primechoice or Autoshack? Personally I'm "trying" to rate Auto Shack. Two names already. Theyre page lists them as being from Alexandria NY. Their from Canada. Once I purchased parts the invoice shows their true location. This brings question.. Why must they lie... And list NY? 2 names 2 locations? Who? Where are complaints directed? Under which countrys jurisdiction?

Wish I had seen these reviews before I… Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. Bought a set of mirrors for my truck and have spent the last 6 months being conservative on that time line, to have them say ordered incorrectly and no exchange. Funny I provided them with all info needed to get the correct ones and was only told that the aftermarket ones don’t fold, that was fine. Lights don’t work on the bottom of them and the right mirror looks like you are in a carnival fun house of mirrors. I would definitely avoid them. Nothing less than 1star unfortunately.

I ordered my front suspension package … I ordered my front suspension package for my 06 charger r/t Saturday, walked in my house here on Wednesday and everything i ordered was sitting in my livingroom. Im extremely happy with the prompt service and delivery. Only downside was the initial email gave me the wrong tracking number. All is well, everythung showed up just fine!

POOR QUALITY PARTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Parts are the lowest grade. I purchase a 14 piece suspension kit - 6 months ago. The entire suspension is cheaply made and is not any where close to durable. Ironically, the suspension set I ordered off their site is no longer listed on their site. This company has refuses to stand behind their product. Go to your local auto parts store or choose a reputable online company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
