GBBought a New Radiator! I was searching for a radiator - quick. My search stopped dead in its tracks when I saw the pricing from Prime Choice! It was the cheapest one by more than half of other sellers! I ordered the radiator, it got here before I expected it, and it was packaged nicely. The part itself was different in a few ways, but that is the manufacturer's issue - not Prime Choice's. (I made it work, anyway) This was my first transaction with Prime Choice and I was really impressed.

GBExcellent Review Ordered quick strut set for a 2000 Camry. Free shipping and they arrived on the day they were promised. Install went exactly as expected and quality exceeded original equipment. I could not have been happier with the quality of struts and service level of prime choice. THANKS!

GBRadiator for X-Type I thought for sure a $50+ radiator for a '02 Jaguar X-Type would be a cheap piece of junk, but I was wrong. The new radiator seemed to weigh a little less than the OEM, and maybe the quality grades of plastic and aluminum are a little lower than the OEM, but neither observation was significant enough to cause me any concern. The new radiator fit perfectly. Watch all the YouTube Videos before you start. I found that using flat tin plumbing pipe hanger strap ( 3/4 inch wide, that you can buy from Lowes or HD) is best for hanging the radiator from the cross brace as you re-mount the condenser and fan assembly. Simple finger crimping of the strap around the edges of the cross brace was just enough to hold all the weight. I removed the thermostat assembly and all lower hoses to provide needed clearances. Aligning all components is a pain, but is doable without damage if you always go slow, watch and think.

GBMisrepresentation Here's my issue. Who am I rating? Primechoice or Autoshack? Personally I'm "trying" to rate Auto Shack. Two names already. Theyre page lists them as being from Alexandria NY. Their from Canada. Once I purchased parts the invoice shows their true location. This brings question.. Why must they lie... And list NY? 2 names 2 locations? Who? Where are complaints directed? Under which countrys jurisdiction?

GBI buy a lot of my parts from them I buy a lot of my parts from them. You do learn which parts not to buy and what you should but. I had a hub bearing go out after 5 months I was given a full refund. I have never had a bad experience with prime choice auto parts now autoshack.com. peyote complaining of bad experience were probable ignorant in one way or another or were expecting unrealistic expectations. Yeah they are cheap some posts are better then others buy I can tell you I trust them and I repair people vehicles with parts from prime choice. Don't be afraid to buy from them honestly
