GBHorrible Experience Odered parts online in 3 separate transactions from Ken X110 on 6/24. They charged my card and Ken called to go over order and notified me that last part on last transaction was back ordered; no problem. Now a month later, several phone calls and promises later no parts....at all..none. Every time I spoke to Ken parts were on their way. Then I would call back a week later and he would tell me he didn't know why they were still there but they would go out. Sad part of all this is I would have saved money and now I see time dealing with my local dealer. These guys are expensive, they provide poor customer service and in the end simple liars. Will never do business with again!

GBDO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THIEFS!! I had made an order for several small parts from this company. I called and spoke to Ken 2 weeks after my order to see where my parts were. Ken told me he was waiting for one of the parts that would not be there for another month but he would send the other parts which I received. When I called back a month later, Ken told me that he would look into it then put me on the phone with Rob which told me that I already received all of my parts at the same time. I explained that Ken said we were waiting for a part and he said that he would not send another part because I received all of my parts a month ago. The part wasn't that expensive but the principle of the fact that they were basically telling me that I was lying and that they wouldn't send the part that I ordered and was waiting for.. Anyways, take caution dealing with this company!!!

GBOrdered 9/15 due to arrive 9/25-29 still hasn't shipped Ordered 9/15 due to arrive 9/25-29. Now it's 9/25 I've been checking every other day always the same as it is today "Status: in Progress" Very disapointed with this company, the price certainly doesn't not worth losing 2 weeks of the riding season. OK I upped the rating by 2 stars to 3. The order actually shipped on the 20th, the order just wasn't updated and no shipping info was provided. BUT - I ordered a front fender part that needed 4 nut clips which I also ordered at the same time. What I got was 3 nut clips and float valve for a for a 4 wheeler (I have a Goldwing). Fortunately I still have the old part to rob a nut clip from. AVOID!!

CAStay Far Away! These guys lie and lie. Ordered parts, waited and waited so I called. was told they just got shipped! Asked for tracking number twice on different occasions , told he would email it to me. Never happened. Called there multiple times with no answer. Used paypal to dispute it and wanted a refund, they finally gave me one with a BS story that it was shipped and I wasn't home so it was returned. The address to be shipped to is a postal/fed ex/ups mailbox business! Terrible company! terrible customer service! I would pick no stars if I could.

GBI talked to Brad to assure my order was … I talked to Brad to assure my order was going to arrive on time and it did with all components. Cant't beat the price! Maybe make shipping notifications come quicker and less people would keep giving bad reviews, other than that thank you MRCycles!
