Horrible Experience Odered parts online in 3 separate transactions from Ken X110 on 6/24. They charged my card and Ken called to go over order and notified me that last part on last transaction was back ordered; no problem. Now a month later, several phone calls and promises later no parts....at all..none. Every time I spoke to Ken parts were on their way. Then I would call back a week later and he would tell me he didn't know why they were still there but they would go out. Sad part of all this is I would have saved money and now I see time dealing with my local dealer. These guys are expensive, they provide poor customer service and in the end simple liars. Will never do business with again!

GOT SCREWED!!!! Ordered an atv repair part, did not work when received, so i called and got a merchandise return, and was e-mailed a return shipment label. while waiting for the new part to arrive i ordered another part. after 2 weeks of not receiving either part, i called to check on the status, the guy i talked to said he has no clue on the returned part and the other part was on backorder and would probably be another week before it would be available. (and no notice of backorder) when i asked what about my returned part he said thats between you and fedex. offered no help at all. so now im out the part, the $40 dollars for the part and the shipping!!! so i refunded the backorder part. never again ordering from MR CYCLES!!!!!!

Amazing selection.... Everything you could ever need in one place with good prices. Shipping must be by foot, almost 3 weeks till it arrives. It also seems like the good prices go away once shipping is calculated but whatever I will totally use these guys again.
