Customer Service Sucks On a large order, I had 4 identical parts also. They had 3, 1 was back order. First issue, they held the entire order. When it was over due I called and was told one item was holding up the entire order. I told them to CANCEL the back order, I'd source it elsewhere, and send the rest. My order was finally sent, all good. About 2 weeks later the back ordered item shows up. Still no big deal, figure they would just say send it back and we we will credit you. NOPE, I was told no. And the guy was a d!@k about it when I asked for his manager. Nobody ever contacted me back. It took weeks and at least 10 phone calls to get the manager. He gave me a return label and I was happy to be done. But NOPE again, they refunded me 10.00 short! I'm only here now because I'm looking for their phone number again and found this page. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. There are so many other options out there. I will never buy here again. I highly suggest you don't either if you want your order done right and god help you if you need to contact somebody for help after the sale.

Ordered 9/15 due to arrive 9/25-29 still hasn't shipped Ordered 9/15 due to arrive 9/25-29. Now it's 9/25 I've been checking every other day always the same as it is today "Status: in Progress" Very disapointed with this company, the price certainly doesn't not worth losing 2 weeks of the riding season. OK I upped the rating by 2 stars to 3. The order actually shipped on the 20th, the order just wasn't updated and no shipping info was provided. BUT - I ordered a front fender part that needed 4 nut clips which I also ordered at the same time. What I got was 3 nut clips and float valve for a for a 4 wheeler (I have a Goldwing). Fortunately I still have the old part to rob a nut clip from. AVOID!!

Great company! I would recommend this company to anyone that has a motorcycle and needs parts. They are affordable and my parts arrived in two days, way ahead of schedule!

Fair prices and great service Dealers dont stock anything and I would rather look up my own parts anyway. I have been using and recomending mr cycles for years. Also a valuble resource for parts diagrams when fixing someone elses basket case.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed my order and I didn't even get a confirmation email, so I took a screenshot of the order incase my order gets lost. 5 days and all I saw is "In Progress" !!! Okay then what?? So I called and whoever answered the phone was very rude, asked about my order on Thursday and he said they're waiting on one more part which will take 2 days, I said alright. Called on Monday and the same dude answered and said exactly the same thing plus he hung up the phone on me! What a great costumer service. I was gonna let it go but I thought I about it for a minute and I said why would I do business with people that wouldn't even appreciate my business with you. So I'm paying you to parts and you want to be an a$$hole with me?? No I'm not sorry I canceled my order and went with much better company that respect the business and honest!
