DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THIEFS!! I had made an order for several small parts from this company. I called and spoke to Ken 2 weeks after my order to see where my parts were. Ken told me he was waiting for one of the parts that would not be there for another month but he would send the other parts which I received. When I called back a month later, Ken told me that he would look into it then put me on the phone with Rob which told me that I already received all of my parts at the same time. I explained that Ken said we were waiting for a part and he said that he would not send another part because I received all of my parts a month ago. The part wasn't that expensive but the principle of the fact that they were basically telling me that I was lying and that they wouldn't send the part that I ordered and was waiting for.. Anyways, take caution dealing with this company!!!

Only place that had the part I needed-FAST Only place that had the part I needed, inexpensive, and arrive 5 days earlier than expected. Despite other reviews I read about bad service and delivery I decided to order with them and glad I did.

Stay Far Away! These guys lie and lie. Ordered parts, waited and waited so I called. was told they just got shipped! Asked for tracking number twice on different occasions , told he would email it to me. Never happened. Called there multiple times with no answer. Used paypal to dispute it and wanted a refund, they finally gave me one with a BS story that it was shipped and I wasn't home so it was returned. The address to be shipped to is a postal/fed ex/ups mailbox business! Terrible company! terrible customer service! I would pick no stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed my order and I didn't even get a confirmation email, so I took a screenshot of the order incase my order gets lost. 5 days and all I saw is "In Progress" !!! Okay then what?? So I called and whoever answered the phone was very rude, asked about my order on Thursday and he said they're waiting on one more part which will take 2 days, I said alright. Called on Monday and the same dude answered and said exactly the same thing plus he hung up the phone on me! What a great costumer service. I was gonna let it go but I thought I about it for a minute and I said why would I do business with people that wouldn't even appreciate my business with you. So I'm paying you to parts and you want to be an a$$hole with me?? No I'm not sorry I canceled my order and went with much better company that respect the business and honest!

Amazing selection.... Everything you could ever need in one place with good prices. Shipping must be by foot, almost 3 weeks till it arrives. It also seems like the good prices go away once shipping is calculated but whatever I will totally use these guys again.
