Great company to buy from. I purchased a kit for my powerstroke with h&s mini maxx. I couldn't install the tuner tof my truck so I tried to call hs and they are out of business. So I called dieselops.com, someone said they could help me and would send an email with instructions. I waited 2 days for the email before calling another company who sells these tuners, who helped me over the phone within 10 minutes. So long story short, they sold me something at a great price, and didn't offer any troubleshooting help. Won't be using them as a supplier anymore.

Customer Service and Damaged Parts Customer service is horrible. Damaged parts or missing bolts on kits that Diesel ops won't cover they just put you on hold for days. Don't recommend!

good service quick shipping but exhaust … good service quick shipping but exhaust pipe dose not fit my model even though they said it would before I order it and still claim it does. I had to modify it to run the truck and now will be making custom one right. The wheel base measurements on kit do not my truck and my truck is stock.

Diesel ops I ordered a programmer, pillar mount, egr / throttle valve delete, intake, and 5" tbe for my 2016 Ram 2500. Diesel ops (Chris) was very knowledgeable and assisted me with putting a package together along with a very competitive price. Parts were processed and shipped quickly. I will be a future diesel ops customer.

Response to the diesel ops reply to original post Apparently Chris, you don't remember our conversation . When I called the person I spoke with said they would contact MBRP regarding my exhaust. At no point in our conversation was a faulty hanger mentioned or was the reason exaust came off. It was the wrong exaust that was sent to me. My complaint was for the fact I never heard back from diesel ops and I had to contact MBRP my self. Your trying to make it sound like Diesel ops helped me with my issue when the fact is when you responded to my post at the end of April 2018 was the FIRST time I have heard from diesel ops since my I called about the issue. MBRP and the fantastic sales department is who deserves the credit especially since they have followed up 3times with me since I called them. Just wanted to set record straight! Thanks, Jason E.
