I realize I purchased a kit that DOps … I realize I purchased a kit that DOps puts together and resells so beating that in mind, the minimaxx is as expected, great and super straightforward as well as quick. The mbrp exhaust was decent as well. Went together easy and wasn’t damaged to the point where we had to bend it out in too many places but there definitely were a few areas. The insides were also extremely dirty and it was obvious they left all remains from the cuts inside of the pipe. Not necessarily a big deal just lazy on their part. I know they aren’t top of the line so I’m not going to act like it’s anythjng crazy. The sinister Diesel EGR kit was great and blue plates look super tight under the hood. The re routing hose provided, which is also blue and looks tight, was 1/4” too small in diameter so we had to go and buy another hose. Pretty disappointing. All in all Diesel ops out together an affordable decent kit so I am impressed and will shop with them again, just being more mindful of the brands I am buying.

Ordered a tuner for my farm truck and… Ordered a tuner for my farm truck and installed it and my truck ran worse than before it was installed. Sent an email for a return label and got a return email that said they don't except returns on parts that had been installed. I'm out $500+ for a tuner that does not work... Will never order from them again. Be careful about ordering from them.

Response to the diesel ops reply to original post Apparently Chris, you don't remember our conversation . When I called the person I spoke with said they would contact MBRP regarding my exhaust. At no point in our conversation was a faulty hanger mentioned or was the reason exaust came off. It was the wrong exaust that was sent to me. My complaint was for the fact I never heard back from diesel ops and I had to contact MBRP my self. Your trying to make it sound like Diesel ops helped me with my issue when the fact is when you responded to my post at the end of April 2018 was the FIRST time I have heard from diesel ops since my I called about the issue. MBRP and the fantastic sales department is who deserves the credit especially since they have followed up 3times with me since I called them. Just wanted to set record straight! Thanks, Jason E.

Their excuse there's something wrong … Their excuse there's something wrong with the truck ( it's been checked nothing wrong )or don't Gives so much attention to the numbers displayed on mini max??? Seriously!!! Installed minimax everything was great boosting 29 psi after first week drops down to 26 psi they said I had an air leak toke everything apart broke a hose in the process I bought a new hose from them checked all boots hoses gaskets and turbo for leaks everything was good still same problem 26 psi they said to keep checking ............. 🤔 9/30/17 ? How did you reload the tuner And changed settings it's never been taken off the pick up. Sorry for any inconvenience

Great customer service Great customer service, always got through when I called! The person who answered the phone was able to quickly and efficiently answer my questions. I just installed the kit I bought from diesel ops this weekend and I couldn't be happier!! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I ran into to a problem with the tuner, i had to research by my own accord to find out how to make it compatible with my truck. Otherwise 100%
