USTheir excuse there's something wrong … Their excuse there's something wrong with the truck ( it's been checked nothing wrong )or don't Gives so much attention to the numbers displayed on mini max??? Seriously!!! Installed minimax everything was great boosting 29 psi after first week drops down to 26 psi they said I had an air leak toke everything apart broke a hose in the process I bought a new hose from them checked all boots hoses gaskets and turbo for leaks everything was good still same problem 26 psi they said to keep checking ............. 🤔 9/30/17 ? How did you reload the tuner And changed settings it's never been taken off the pick up. Sorry for any inconvenience

USBeing a micanic I have found that it … Being a micanic I have found that it can be hard getting solid advice on a part wether it be first hand experience with its quality or many hours of research. On top of getting someone who can camunicat in an engaged sence of interest with the product they are selling. So I fully appreciate being a stranger on the phone and getting good guidance. I only credit the advice after I had installed the kit and found a leavel of trust in diesel ops for them telling me every thing I should anticipate during and after installation. I will definitely be doing more buissnes with them.

USDiesel ops I ordered a programmer, pillar mount, egr / throttle valve delete, intake, and 5" tbe for my 2016 Ram 2500. Diesel ops (Chris) was very knowledgeable and assisted me with putting a package together along with a very competitive price. Parts were processed and shipped quickly. I will be a future diesel ops customer.

USCustomer Service and Damaged Parts Customer service is horrible. Damaged parts or missing bolts on kits that Diesel ops won't cover they just put you on hold for days. Don't recommend!

USParts arrived on time but had pieces missing. The initial customer service was great and speedy. Once the packages arrived, we started installation (Friday night). There were some missing pieces in one of the kits and the programmer power cord didn't work. After speaking with customer service the following Monday (not open on weekends), they credited me store credit for missing bolts and got me in touch with RaceMe for the new cord. The guys were very helpful.
