Great customer service Great customer service, always got through when I called! The person who answered the phone was able to quickly and efficiently answer my questions. I just installed the kit I bought from diesel ops this weekend and I couldn't be happier!! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I ran into to a problem with the tuner, i had to research by my own accord to find out how to make it compatible with my truck. Otherwise 100%

Lack of communication shipping information was never updated and when we called because it had been over a week since we ordered they had not even shipped the product out. Chris called to explain what went wrong and offered some suggestions to not have this happen in the future.

Called and emailed and got nowhere with them. Paid for a turbo back and got screwed with a cat back. Be very careful doing business with this company. Not honorable! Bob

Was pleased with the product but not … Was pleased with the product but not too happy there was no installation instructions to go by for the egr delete portion. Also on the rear EGR cap the brass plug blew out and the customer complained of an exhaust leak. They had no intentions on installing an EGT probe

Didn't recieve shipment... Just hope nothing goes wrong with your shipment or ordering process as I've called and emailed this company over the past couple weeks and still no head way as far as where my package is. I was supposed to recieve it about a month ago. Customer service is defintely lacking here. Very unhappy.
