Scam Company Ordered a rooftop carrier for $729 which was supposed to ship within a week. Emailed to ask when it would ship out and they cancelled the order. Spent four weeks emailing support and accounting as well as calling (they never answer though) trying to get the money refunded. They only say that it is “complete on our end, please email accounting” and accounting only says “please allow 48 hours to respond” and they have never once responded. Currently trying to file a fraud claim with the credit card. Terrible experience.

Great experience from start to finish. I was slightly skeptical about ordering from the site. I purchased a Banks Monster Ram intake for my 2007 Ram 2500. The gear was shipped out within a day or two and arrived within two days. Everything was packaged well with no defects. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and streamlined ordering process from start, to installation. I am very pleased with this order and will order from them in the future.

Don’t use MBGRAM They are FAKE! I should have research this company better. All other reviews follow the same protocol the company executes. 1-They advertise in stock or 2-3 weeks. 2- Take your money 3- Never answer the phone, probably fake anyways 4- No address I’m not sure how they even got any rates over 2 stars. Probably fake reviews also! Trash company probably fake. Do not risk you money!

Follow up to my ZERO star review Follow up to my ZERO star review. They seem to be on the run. Website is gone and any "fake" communication. If you buy auto motive online please research reviews from trusted sources. People have lost anywhere from $50 to thousands. Horribly corrupt

The best customer service The best customer service! Fast response and fast shipping. I've ordered on here about 4 times! Sometimes the item isn't available right away but that ok with covid and all manufactures are still backed up. Recommend 100 percent!
