Follow up to my ZERO star review Follow up to my ZERO star review. They seem to be on the run. Website is gone and any "fake" communication. If you buy auto motive online please research reviews from trusted sources. People have lost anywhere from $50 to thousands. Horribly corrupt

THEFT Ordered a CAI, and after about two weeks of waiting without even getting a tracking number, I emailed customer support. Long story short, after weeks of trying to get the situation resolved, nothing ever shipped and I never got a refund. Customer support just completely stopped answering me. Straight up theft. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Con Artist Con Artist I ordered a part 6 months ago. The last email I got from them was 4 months ago saying it would arrive within 2 weeks; it never did. Since then, they haven't responded by email or phone (There is nobody there to actually answer the phone or return calls). If only our corrupt Criminal Justice System would actually go after white collar crooks like these instead of targeting the poor and people of color.

PLACED ORDER WITH EXPECTATION OF A WEEK… PLACED ORDER WITH EXPECTATION OF A WEEK OR SO DELIVERY. NEVER SENT TRACKING INFORMATION AND RECEIVED AUTOMATED EMAIL RESPONSE. THE PHONE NUMBER THEY LIST FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT GOES DIRECTLY TO AN AUTOMATED CALL CENTER. NO RETURN CALL. I CONTACTED MY CC COMPANY TO FILE DISPUTE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO DO BIZ WITH THIS COMPANY.
