GBI have used this site 3 times now I have used this site 3 times now. I would recommend using CompareAutoRentals.com to anyone. I usually do a lot of shopping around to get the best prices, CompareAutoRentals has always had lower prices then i could find anywhere else.

GBI'd prefer to give zero stars I'd prefer to give zero stars. Either this company has changed hands and gone from a company with all 5 star reviews (all pre-2019) or as someone suggested earlier all the good reviews are made up.....this is what I think as there are only replies to the fictitious five star reviews. I had the worst experience ever in hiring a car through auto rentals with whom I only took out basic insurance cover that was supposed to be included as I always arrange my own Annual worldwide comprehensive car hire insurance through Questor. When I arrived at Tel Aviv I was told by Avis their was no basic insurance and I would have to pay for this. I tried contacting AutoRentals but there was no telephone number and no email provided with my confirmation. After arguing with Avis for nearly two hours I gave in and the cost of adding insurance was almost as much as I paid for the car. Avis were no better as they tried to palm me off with the smallest car and when I complained they gave me another bigger car which was dirty and the fuel guage only showed 3/4 full - they said this was because there was a fault with the guage but when I filled up I found this was a lie! On my return I managed to find a contact email address for AutoRentals but up to now they have not replied. I won't be holding my breath.

CAAvoid!!! We made a reservation and decided to cancel a few days later. After multiple phone calls and emails, we still have not heard back from them regarding our cancellation, even though it clearly states on their website that cancellation is free. The call centre has no escalation process and no contacts for anyone in head office. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability.
