Desperate needs fulfilled in less than ideal times It was rather unfortunate that current events, but i got what I desperately needed. Might good on them to send it in these oddly cruel times. Took slightly longer than originally expected, but state lockdowns, riots, and a pandemic don't really make things easy.

Mintt CANCELLED my order initially.. Mintt CANCELLED my order initially... without any contact. It was several days before I checked back (since I had received NO INFORMATION about my order shipping) and found it to be cancelled. THAT WAS BAD. I contacted them and they did their best to ship ASAP after discovering their error. I DID get my PCM, but have yet to verify that it works. Follow up.... I have now received and installed my 'new' PCM and it DOESN'T work. An email that I sent to support 22 hours ago has elicited NO RESPONSE, despite the promise that the unit would work as expected. I'm hoping that I will GET a response along with an explanation about how to make it WORK. At the moment, my truck is DEAD and won't crank with the new PCM. I'm updating my review because I got a response from my first review within 2 hours of my post. The HELP mail, not so much....

Mintt gives no Shipping Tracking number… Mintt gives no Shipping Tracking number and I contacted them via email for a tracking number and they have yet to reply 7 days ago. Lack of shipping tracking number is not good.

Product arrived as promised Product arrived as promised. Good looking replacement. Did not find any instructions. After installing, figured out it would need to go through the relearn procedure in order to use. Once completed the relearn procedure, vehicle cranked over. Unfortunately, it did not cure my problem. Thank you for the help. Will recommend your service to others.
