Yesterday requested to cancel my order with immediate refund. Person I spoke with said correct people were not in office and I would be contacted today, didn’t happen. Mintt gives no Shipping Tracking number… Mintt gives no Shipping Tracking number and I contacted them via email for a tracking number and they have yet to reply 7 days ago. Lack of shipping tracking number is not good.

Ordered & bought a ECM/PCM it was… Ordered & bought a ECM/PCM it was pre-programmed website was very clear & easy enter your vin# on site. Part was refurbished and in excellent shape! Very happy with product! Daughters car runs fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to others.

After taking almost 3-weeks for… After taking almost 3-weeks for delivery to arrive (after initial delivery was to be 3-5 days), I received the PCM and installed in my vehicle. I immediately had 43-Trouble Codes on my OBD11 reader. Before the install I only had 2. I get it that due to the current COVID-19 situations that shipment of packages may take longer than normal, but no need to indicate it will on take a couple of days and then make me wait almost 3-weeks----and then send me the wrong pcm or an incorrectly programmed PCM. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Worst customer support I have ever had… Worst customer support I have ever had the displeasure to experience. The companies return/warranty/refund policies are below standard. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Mintt! I’m completely out $230 not to mention the wasted time dealing with Mintt. BUYER BE WARNED!!
